It is time to get ready for a new week ahead.

As you get ready for Monday, remember the most important thing about being mindful is remembering to be mindful.


Dan and I learned not to take things for granted.

Dan and I already used this word in January, but it is worth throwing it out into the universe.


We need more HOPE!


Hope is a powerful force.


It can pull you from the depths of despair or fuel your dreams.



With hope, anything is possible.


Without it, life is a dull prospect.


Maybe there is no actual magic in it, but when you know what you hope for most and hold it like a


light within you, you can make things happen, almost like magic.

Balance your hope with your actions.


Hope alone cannot dismantle the problems of the world, but it can push you forward into a new commitment to creating a better future.
