Hello Followers,
Since it is Tuesday make today a no rush day.
It is all about staying grounded.
When you are in a rush, dashing around brings your awareness to your feet.
Slow down slightly and feel your feet connect you to the ground.
This will help you to gain a sense of equilibrium and balance.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- FORGIVENESS
Forgiving someone may be one of the hardest paths you ever take.
Processing the raw emotions can be a daunting prospect and an isolating one, with no one truly understanding your pain.
In time, the upset becomes familiar, almost comforting in the darkness.
And the idea of letting go seems impossible.
But forgiveness is key to feeling free from negativity.
By allowing yourself to let go of the anguish, you, in turn, are released from the imprisonment of your own misery.
Forgiveness does not change the past, but it does enlarge the future.

FORGIVENESS IS AN EXCHANGE
You cannot force forgiveness.
Not forgiveness from others, And not forgiveness from yourself.
Sometimes the hurt of not being forgiven is a necessary pain, for learning and for growing.
Other times, an inability to forgive others or ourselves takes up space in our hearts, eats away at our joy, and tenderness.
Can you give yourself the space to do better?
Can you grant yourself the freedom and closure of releasing old hurts that occupy your spirit?
Ultimately, the only person who can give you forgiveness is yourself.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
This is a mindfulness meditation exercise to release anger, resentment, and other negative emotions.
It is an exercise to promote self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Wednesday, holding a grudge does not make you strong; it makes you bitter.
Forgiving does not make you weak; it sets you free.
