Hello Followers,
HAPPY WEEKEND!
As Dan and I started our Saturday, we were watching The Saturday Morning show and realized how many of us really listen to what we hear.
We often find that when we listen to others, we are concentrating on what to say next, filling up our minds with our own opinions or even speaking out of turn.
Try listening with mindfulness.
Hear the person without judgement or the need to immediately express a view.
Be aware that the word listen can be shuffled around to spell silently.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- VOICE
There are times when it feels like no one is listening, when it feels like your voice is not being heard.
But we all have something to offer to the world and we should not be afraid to use our voices.
The tongue can paint what the eyes cannot see. –Chinese Proverb
We very often hear a picture is worth a thousand words.
The truth is that our voices can paint and create experiences that no picture can show.
This old proverb is a true homage to all those moments when our voices painted the world with colors and sounds.

SING
Raise your voice and sing.
You do not need to be a songbird to join in the chorus of the day.
Singing is not just for performances; it is also expression and release.
Let yourself be loud; take up space with your voice without fear or judgement.
Your voice is precious and unique, connected to your spirit.
It can liberate you, free you from your cares and anxieties, create joy, or express sadness.
It does not matter what you sound like, only that you are heard.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
With this guided meditation you absolutely can relax your body and mind in just 5- minutes.
Sometimes when we know we have a shorter length of time to quickly visit and relax, we allow ourselves to drop in more quickly.
This guided practice will help you do just that.
It is the perfect relaxing meditation to help you when you are short on time or just need a quick meditation break in your day to relax your body and mind.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Sunday, words mean more than what is set down on paper.
It takes our voice to infuse them with deeper meaning.
