It is time to begin a new week!

It is necessary for you to be happy that you are mentally faithful to yourself.
Happiness is a gift, and the trick is not to expect it, but to delight in it when it comes.
Today we will explore the five-step process for achieving daily happiness with small ways to feel happy every day.
Everyone is engaged in the pursuit of happiness, even though happiness is not always easy to catch.
For that very reason, there are countless theories and ideas out there for how to become happy.
But the way Dan and I see it, happiness is personal; it means different things to different people, and the feeling cannot easily be put into words.
To popular belief, happiness is not something that can be bought in a mall, car lot, or luxury building.
Happiness is a state of mind.
One that does not stick around for 24 hours a day.
It comes and goes, always making you aware of its presence.
In my experience, there is not a one-size-fit formula for happiness; however, there are some things you can do to experience more of it daily.
Tomorrow Dan and I will explore suggestions for how to achieve happiness in one’s everyday life.

No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Cake🍫🥥
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate (melted)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Steps:
1. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
2. Press the mixture into a lined loaf pan, smoothing the top.
3. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes until firm.
4. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
5. Pour melted chocolate over the coconut base, spreading evenly.
6. Return to the fridge for 1 hour or until set.
7. Slice and enjoy!
