Hello Followers,
Welcome to Sunday!
![I FORGIVE MYSELF](https://static.wixstatic.com/media/f9fd19_45b5c1cfe1a642a0bc6ac1e3ec3ec29e~mv2.jpg/v1/fill/w_240,h_160,al_c,q_80,enc_auto/f9fd19_45b5c1cfe1a642a0bc6ac1e3ec3ec29e~mv2.jpg)
Silently repeat to yourself: I forgive myself for any ways in which I knowingly or unknowingly caused hurt or harm to any living being or creature.
I forgive all who have hurt or harmed me.
Everything between us is now cleared up.
Dan and I are going to continue the topic of self-forgiveness.
Today’s subject is acknowledging our mistakes.
It is about expressing remorse for your mistakes!
As a result of taking responsibility, you may experience a range of negative feelings, including guilt and shame.
When you have done something wrong, it is completely normal, even healthy, to feel guilty about it.
These feelings of guilt and remorse can serve as a springboard to positive behavior change.
While guilt implies that you are a good person who did something bad, shame makes you see yourself as a bad person.
This can bring up feelings of worthlessness which, left unresolved, can lead to addiction, depression, and aggression.
Understand that making mistakes that you feel guilty about does not make you a bad person or undermine your ingrained value.
Making amends is an important part of forgiveness, so tomorrow we will be blogging on that very same topic.

RECAPPING THE WEEK
Forgiveness is not weak. It takes courage to face and overcome powerful emotions.
Everyone has regrets. It is a sign of growth
because we realize that we can now do better than before.
Silently repeat to yourself:
I forgive myself for any ways in which I knowingly or
unknowingly caused hurt or harm to any living being or creature.
I forgive all who have hurt or harmed me.
Everything between us is now cleared up.
Self-forgiveness is essential to self-healing.
Never forget that to forgive yourself is to release
trapped energy that could be doing good work in the world.
Forgiving yourself, believing in yourself and
choosing to love yourself are the best gifts one could receive.
Remember, you are a work in progress, and that is okay.
Be kind to yourself along the journey.

2. Add one tablespoon of sugar or honey to the mixture.
3. Stir well until there are no dry lumps.
4. Cover the jar loosely with a lid or a cloth.
5. Leave it at room temperature for 24 hours.
6. After 24 hours, knead the starter by adding 1/2 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of water.
Stir well.
7. Repeat the kneading every 24 hours for about 5 to 7 days until it becomes bubbly and has a pleasant sour smell.
8. Once ready, you can use it to bake sourdough bread or store it in the fridge and knead it once a week.
This guided meditation will help bring self-forgiveness for past mistakes.
Many people feel regret and guilt for events from their past.
Their lives can be weighed down or even dictated by it.
Now is the time to let go and be free of these burdens.
Until Monday, forgiving yourself, not guilt, increases personal accountability.
