Few things in the world are more powerful than a positive push. A smile. A word of optimism and hope. And you can do it when things are tough.

CONTINUING ON A BRAND-NEW SERIES, YOU CAN DO IT AND CONTINUING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – CHAMOMILE.

Hello Followers,

How was your week-end?

Dan and I would love to hear from you.

Just drop us a message below.

As Dan and I continue to educate and share our experiences on life change, the second important step is; create a simple protocol.

Work with your health care provider to formulate a simple plan, with the emphasis being on simple!

I remember twelve years ago when I was treated in Mexico, the doctors not only treated the root of the cause of my breast cancer; but simply educated me on the over-all life change.

The more complicated and intricate the protocol, the more likely you'll not be able to complete it.

Some of the simplest things, like eating organic foods have tremendous benefit to our health.

Start with the end goal in mind.

Where do you want to be in a month or in a year from now?

Determine what simple steps will get you there.

Start with a few things that make the biggest impact and then add slowly from there.

Remember - if it's not doable, it doesn't get done.

YOU CAN DO IT!

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

WE TEND TO FORGET THAT HAPPINESS DOESN’T COME AS A RESULT OF GETTING SOMETHING WE DON’T HAVE, BUT RATHER OF RECOGNIZING AND APPRECIATING WHAT WE DO HAVE.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Continuing on CHAPTER 14; HOW MANY TIMES DO I SAY “SORRY”?

WHEN AN APOLOGY IS REFUSED

Sometimes an apology is refused.

The person you apologize to says, you are too late.

Too wrong.

Not sincere enough.

Have not done enough penance.

Bear in mind, an apology is made by the one who accepts responsibility for their wrong action and offers the one wronged the opportunity to let the wrong be forgotten.

The refusal may sting and bury you in deep regret, but the reality is that it’s up to the other person.

If they do not intend to forgive, you must move on, refusing to snivel.

If you wallow and grovel, chains of remorse and guilt will bind you.

Difficult relationships often spin off this type of interaction where one dominates the whimpering, repentant soul.

No healthy relationship survives when one person scrapes along on their knees while the other stands over.

Sincere apologies are freeing.

Don’t let the other person’s reactions take your freedom away.

Tomorrow, WHEN YOU CAN’T APOLOGIZE-

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CHAMOMILE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how chamomile can help keep your body healthy?

Are you ready to continue with the herb chamomile!

It’s been since March that I ended off, due to Dan’s and my move.

Most conventional body washes contain toxic chemicals.

Instead, try this Homemade Body Wash recipe.

It cleanses your skin and kills bacteria while providing nourishment and vitamins to keep it hydrated and healthy.
