It is Friday!
Weekend time and time to enjoy fall festivals.
The first thing that popped into my head this morning is, when life gives you lemons; make lemonade.
Whenever, I am in stress mode, this phase always comes to mind.
So, this weekend let us make lemonade!
Thus, leads us to the topic of, what is holding you back.
Not knowing what direction, it would go, after researching more on this topic; I realized there was much more to it.
And we can fix what is holding us back by spotting it and changing the situation.
In the week to come, Dan and I will explore all.
Whenever we go through a disaster, we tend to be under stress and our minds are not being used properly.
Therefore, our choices are being compromised and sometimes we do not make the right decisions.
We have been searching but there are very few websites that talk about your mindset, while going through a disease.
It is all about treating the body.
So, we decided to share information that heals your overall health.
Yesterday we started exploring, How to Spot What’s Holding You Back and Then Let It Go.
One of its favorite roles in your brain is to keep you safe.
Now, where we all get stuck is that these beliefs, these decisions about ourselves happened instantaneously at a subconscious level.
These old beliefs and decision points are embedded in your nervous system based on the moment in time of that traumatic event.
And it is this emotional residue that is stuck in your body that has you feeling anxious, avoiding conflict, or wanting to get argumentative situations.
All of this keeps you from achieving your goals in the present moment because these beliefs keep throwing you back into the past. Into your history and trying to keep you safe from an outdated set of rules and programming.

Since this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, every post this week; I will share something that I have written or done in the past that has to do with this very topic.
OCTOBER IS THE MONTH FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS
ARE YOU BEING BRAINWASHED
Do you have an open mind and research your facts or are you one of the ones that follow what you see or hear?
The media plays a big part of how we make our decisions.
We listen or read from the radio, television set or even the computer and the newspaper.
However, do we ever follow our gut and research and go outside the crowd.
This month is breast cancer awareness month and next month is election month and all I hear are terrible things about both.
I stepped out of both and see a different picture, maybe it is because I moved away from the stress and can see a unique perspective of the way things are going.
I know there must be change, however is it going in the right direction.
First, Dan and I both had cancer and know that there are so many other ways to manage taking care of cancer then how the medical industry is proceeding.
All it takes is you to control your own needs and follow your own path and research.
For many years I have offered other information from my research not for you to necessary follow, but for you to open your minds to what brainwashing our society may be directing you with.
There are two sides to every quarter and at any game they start out with toss ~heads or tails.
Which one are you?
There are six Brainwashing Techniques They're Using on You Right Now ~which ones are you following:
1. Chanting Slogans-
Every cult leader, drill sergeant, self-help guru and politician know you want to quiet all those
annoying doubting thoughts in a crowd, get them to chant a repetitive phrase or slogan.
Those are referred to as thought-stopping techniques, because for better or worse, they do exactly that.
2. Slipping Bullshit into Your Subconscious-
The rise of the internet news portal has given birth to a whole new, sly technique of bullshit insertion.
What They (and from here on, "They" with a capital T means anyone who draws a paycheck for manipulating your opinion) have figured out is that most of you do not read the stories, you just browse the headlines.
And there is a way to exploit that, based on how the brain stores memories.
3. Controlling on what you watch and read-
Restriction of reading and/or viewing material is common to pretty much every cult.
Here on the internet, we have all heard horror stories about Scientology, which goes as far as filtering members' internet access.
Obviously, the idea is to insulate the members from any opposing points of view, to keep them marching in line.
That technique works just as well outside of the cult world, but They must be subtler about it.
It just takes a little poison in the well, that is all.
4. Keeping You in Line with Shame-
Professionals have more sophisticated methods, but it boils down to the same technique.
"They" know that if they can paint an idea as ridiculous, the listener usually will not bother examining it any closer to find out if the ridicule is justified.
After all, why even consider something that is ridiculous?
That is only something a ridiculous person would do! And you are not ridiculous ... are you?
5. Black and White Choices-
Never anything in between.
Everyone is a friend or enemy, every band either rules or sucks, black and white, nothing in the middle.
They (capital T) love this because they can convince you that you must choose either their way, or the most utterly retarded option on the opposite extreme.
Why It Works!
Because we evolved from creatures who were always in danger of being eaten, our brains were built on a quite simple foundation: the "fight or flight" mechanism.
This lets us make lightning-fast decisions by boiling every situation into two options.
Anyone who preferred to stop and mull over the subtleties of the scenario wound up in the digestive system of a saber-tooth tiger.
6. "Us vs. Them"-
They have figured out that the same technique that works so well for getting people whipped into a murderous apocalyptic frenzy, can be used sell you cars, or hamburgers, or computers.
Why It Works!
Basically, we are hard-wired by evolution to form tribes.
The more stress we feel, the more we feel love and attachment to those who look and sound the same as us, and the more we feel hatred to those who do not.
It is just an old survival mechanism, since the ancient guys who did not show that kind of blind loyalty were killed off by the fierce tribes formed by the ones who did.
So today which technique have you followed.
Keep in mind that you are not the only one that is brainwashed.
This can change the outcome of anything.
All I am saying is take a good look at where your hard-earned money is going to and who you wish to represent you if something major were to happen.
Also, it seems not to matter on how much money is donated to the breast cancer organizations.
It is about education and preventions.

OCTOBER 7th, Dan, and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about October that is so significant during this month?
World Smile Day – October 7, 2022
The first Friday of October is World Smile Day (October 7), a relatively new holiday with a fascinating story.
Created by a commercial artist named Harvey Ball, this day came about as a response to his creation of the smiley face.
Harvey worried that the commercialization of the symbol would lessen its impact.
We can hardly blame him for his estimation; the symbol has been used in many ways including clothing, comic books, coffee mugs, pins, and more.
These little yellow faces are more than just a symbol, they are a statement about the power of smiling.
In 1963, Harvey Ball, a graphic artist and ad man from Worcester, Massachusetts, created the smiley face symbol we have all come to know.
Popularity for this symbol exploded into the world of popular culture.
It is every artists’ dream for their work to be respected and recreated and few symbols have had quite the legacy that Harvey’s creation has had.
Throughout the years, the smiley face has become one of the most well-known symbols in the world.
It has appeared in movies such as ‘Forest Gump’ and used as a motif in the graphic novel, ‘Watchmen.’
It is so well-known that just by saying “smiley face,” we bet that you can see it in your mind.
That recognizable yellow circle with black dots for eyes and a simple curve for a genuine and pure smile.
However, the original smiley face had more of an oblong smile, a bit more hand drawn in aesthetic, taking up more space on the face than we see in modern recreations.
Because of its overuse, it started to move away from its intent of goodwill and good cheer, and he knew something had to be done.
In 1999, World Smile Day became an official holiday to regain control.
The celebration aspects of the day were simple yet effective, people were to use the day to smile and make small acts of kindness worldwide.
Harvey wanted to keep the smile connected to the human being.
By doing so, you would smile and in return, you would make someone else smile and brighten up their day.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

FRESH THYME AND HONEY TEA
1. In a mug, put three sprigs of fresh thyme, rinsed under water.
2. Add one teaspoon of honey.
3. Fill the mug with boiling water.
4. Place a saucer on the top and leave to infuse for five minutes.
5. Lift out the sprigs of herb with a spoon and sip slowly.
6. This lovely aromatic and sweet infusion are very soothing for sore throats as well as refreshing to the mind.
As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to find that we all have our own blueprint.
Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.
Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the separate ways through body, heart, and soul.
It is all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.
Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.

Germs and Viruses????
Continuing from yesterday, the reason people with good blood need have no fear of tetanus is made clear in a statement taken from Dr Otto Warburg's lecture, The Prime Cause and Prevention of Cancer given at the meeting of Nobel Laureates at Landau, Germany, on 30 June 1966.
If it is true that the replacement of oxygen-respiration by fermentation is the prime cause of cancer, then all cancer cells without exception must ferment, and no normal growing cell ought to exist those ferments in the body.
An especially simple and convincing experiment performed by the Americans Mahngren and Flanegan confirms that view.
If one injects tetanus spores, which can germinate only at extremely low oxygen pressures, into the blood of healthy mice, the mice do not sicken with tetanus.
Thus, because the spores find no place in the normal body where the oxygen pressure is sufficiently low.
However, if one injects tetanus spores into the blood of tumor-bearing mice, the mice sicken with tetanus, because the oxygen pressure in the tumors can be so low that the spores can germinate.
These experiments demonstrate in a unique way the anaerobiosis of cancer cells and the non-anaerobioses of normal cells.
The reason Ross Horne author of HEALTH & SURVIVAL IN THE 21st CENTURY, hand did not become infected was that I am not susceptible to infection, which is why he never catch colds or flu either.
Thus, it becomes truly clear that the real cause of infectious diseases is whatever it is that renders a person susceptible.
And we know what that something is: it is the absence of homeostasis in the body brought about by a disturbed milieu interieur.
