Forgiveness is a funny thing. It warms the heart and cools the sting.
Hello Followers,
HAPPY WEEKEND!
This is the time of season for forgiveness.
Forgive and free your heart from the pain so that the hurt is released, and joy can enter.
All of us have experienced it: the deep cuts that go along with being hurt by someone else, emotionally, or physically.
When that kind of personal action takes place, it is easy to grab onto that pain and suffering and let those wounds fester.
But eventually, we become so beaten down by the family drama, workplace tension, toxic friendships, broken heart, past regret, or whatever else it is that is taking up precious space in our minds and hearts.
While you may never forget how you were hurt, by forgiving, you are taking steps toward healing yourself spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.
So, we could all use some inspiration to make changes, though, which is where Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.
These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.
They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

In the realm of relationships, forgiveness can mend bonds and foster reconciliation.
It allows space for communication, understanding, and the possibility of rebuilding trust.
If there are fractured relationships in your life, consider the power of forgiveness as a bridge to healing.
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
December 9th
IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH a period of sorrow, it can feel all-consuming.
Let go of the pain and bitterness that holds you back.
By holding on we create suffering.
Forgive yourself and others.
Accept what happened and choose to move forward, free the grip of suffering.
Breathe in forgiveness and breathe out suffering.
Forgive and free your heart from the pain so that the hurt is released, and joy can enter.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Do you enjoy freedom?
Do you have a hard time really letting go of past hurt?
This guided meditation will help you release guilt, bitterness, regret, sadness, resentment, and anger.
These low vibrational emotions are keeping us stuck.
More than we know.
Even if you think you are done with the past, it may be wise to have a go at this just to be sure.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Sunday, it is not an easy journey, to get to a place where you forgive people.
But it is such a powerful place because it frees you.
