Give yourself a gift: the present moment.

Hello Followers,

HAPPY WEEKEND!

The only moment that matters is right now.

What if this moment was enough?

What if, above your struggle, there was joy?

And beneath your pain, there was peace?

What if, in the middle of everything, there is love?

Dan and I know there is!

But if you do not feel that peace, that love, and you are tired of running from one to-do to the next.

Just remember you are enough.

Try making the present moment a friend.

Embrace it as part of the adventure.

You might even make a friend out of yourself.

Start today, make this moment (NOW) your friend.

The only moment that matters is right now.

Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

EXPLORE THE BEAUTY THAT is right outside your door.

Practice being present as you move through your day.

Take full deep breaths, smile at strangers, and pay attention to what is in front of you.

The only moment that matters is right now.

We can get so caught up in our heads that we do not notice what is in front of us.

When we choose to be present.

It is amazing how lovely and calm a day can be.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Each moment is indeed the best moment, as it is truly the only moment we are currently living.

This is why practicing living in the moment can create more emotional freedom for you.

Use this 10-minute meditation to help you deepen your ability to live in the moment - in, and out, of meditation!

It is important to live in the present moment.

We are constantly living in the future or worrying about the past.

But if we do not learn how to be present, we will miss so much of life.

The past is gone, and the future is not yet here.

So why not enjoy today?

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Sunday, whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it.

Always work with it, not against it.
