Did you know that people in general claim that happiness is a choice and that our choice is always influenced by the factors that affect our happiness?


This is why happiness is inherent and not something that can be forced on others.


Yes, we can influence others’ emotions, but it is entirely up to them how they want to react.

The desire to be happy must come from within, and life is too short to be unhappy.


Joy is defined as the emotion of great delight or happiness caused by something good.


So, today think about a time when you felt immense joy.


Carry that moment with you throughout the day.

CHOOSING JOY WHEN LIFE feels heavy can be a potent shift in perspective and energy.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Let us take you to a place of joy.
