Happiness is not something readymade. It comes from your own actions.

THIS WEEK DAN AND I WILL CONTINUE ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – ARTICHOKE AND CACAO. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Happy weekend!

How is your story coming along?

I don't know what life is like for you, but for me it can sometimes seem difficult.

There are things I want to do, aspirations and dreams I have, and much to my surprise, I don't always get those things that I want.

So, I huff and puff and get discouraged.

But then I remember.

It's a simple lesson.

Good stories involve conflict, which is just a nice word for discomfort.

People don't become heroes without struggles, and as creatures of comfort, this is the last thing we want to endure.

Surely, we think, our stories don't have to require discomfort in order for them to be good, do they?

But they do, indeed.

Because we all have a story.

That's the epic adventure we have to share with other people.

And we don't get to tell that story by playing it safe and pretending the narrative is just about us.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 4; HAPPILY, CONNECTED

FORGIVE OTHERS

When your heart hardens against someone who has hurt you, you close yourself with pain and poison.

Consider what might be holding back your forgiveness.

Rather than dwelling on past wrongs, let people show their best qualities, now and in the future.

Allow them back into your life in a refreshed relationship.

Any ray of forgiveness we send out reflects back to us and makes us stronger.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

SAYING I CARE ABOUT YOU AND I’M SORRY KEEP DIFFERENCES FROM BECOMING IRRECONCILABLE.

LONG-TERM CONTROL

Give-and-take is a part of all healthy relationships, but there must be limits.

I can’t be all give on one side and all take on the other.

In handling conflict, your job is to not get pushed back into your old reactive and defensive patterns; regardless of what your difficult person does.

Love is what hold hearts together when minds disagree.

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

Cacao is a natural food with a wide range of health benefits.

Cacao can enhance cognitive function, boost mental health and reduce oxidative stress with antioxidants.

It supports cardiovascular health, metabolic health, and mediates the natural inflammatory response.

Cacao can also boost one’s energy levels, strengthen bone and skin health, and even reduce the risk of cancer.

It also contains many essential minerals for overall health, such as magnesium, calcium, and iron.

The broad array of bio-actives makes it a complete healthy superfood for long-term wellbeing and happiness.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

JOY CAN PERVADE EVERY PART OF YOUR LIFE IF YOU LET IT.

YOUR ACTIONS

Happiness is not something readymade. It comes from your own actions.

Until Sunday, everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.
