Thank goodness it is Friday!
Are you ready for the last Friday of July?
Life happens to everyone.
We all experience emotional pain at some point, and we will need to find the time and ways to heal ourselves.
No matter how cautious we are in planning our lives or in choosing the ones we spend more time with, pain is inevitable.
Whenever life hits you, you need to remind yourself that you have the power to overcome any struggle.
Just be patient and understand that certain wounds need more time to heal than others.
Emotional strength is not something we are born with, but something we build while dealing with different life events.
Whatever you are going through right now, know that it will not last forever and that it eventually will make you stronger.
Going through hardships builds resilience.
If you do not already know what calms and soothes your mind and soul, take some time to find out and do that thing as often as possible.

IT IS A MYSTERY HOW WE end up in the families that we have.
If you had a difficult childhood, forgiveness and healing are available with time.
Your wounds can be a light for others in similar situations.
Healing takes strength and your soul knows its capabilities.
Some of the strongest souls heal from harsh realities.
You are a miracle, and your survival is proof of your strength and resilience.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Today's meditation is dedicated to self-healing.
A simple meditation that will help you face the day in full energy.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
