Healing yourself relates to healing others, and the journey can often be a challenge.
It is often said that rain helps us appreciate the rainbow.
That is true for any of life's challenges.
Facing problems and struggling every now and then are simply inevitable.
Regardless of how well we have planned for setbacks, trials come out of nowhere and cause painful situations.
Dealing with uncomfortable emotions is never easy.
But no matter the struggle, you have the power to overcome anything through perseverance and strength.
It is important to remember nothing is forever.
In other words, this too shall pass, and your resilience will grow.

A GREAT TRAGEDY CAN bring people together.
When bad things happen, some people rise to help during great sadness, wanting to help alleviate the pain.
Concentrate on how you too can help and see the good that does arise in response to terrible events.
We are not helpless when bad things happen.
Agents of change show up in unexpected ways.
Together we can bring healing energy to the residue of tragedy.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
