Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship.

Hello followers,

HAPPY HUMP DAY and the last day of May.

Since June is on its way, and summer is approaching, I thought of Dan and my passion.

The passion in which to keep healthy, and that is using your body, heart, and soul.

It is the question we all want the answer to; what is the secret to living a long, healthy life?

Being healthy goes far beyond diet and exercise.

Achieving optimal wellness requires meeting five core needs: Physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual.

Because when one area is neglected, it can have a negative ripple effect on all aspects of your life.

That is why it is important to find ways to bring your mind and body back into balance.

Throughout this blog, Dan and I have addressed all these core needs.

We welcome you to look through the pages.

Check out some of our experiences on the page How Safe Is Mexico -

In capturing Mexico, I realized that all the warnings from the USA to go to Mexico was not true.

Mexico, just like the United States has different climates and as well crime in different places.

So, when they stated that Mexico was unsafe, that was not all true.

We live in a world that has good and evil; you just must know what areas are good.

Just like when we decided to move back to the states, Virginia; Roanoke area suited our needs and is right at the entrance of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The past three years, I have been posting areas that Dan and I have visited and thought how many of us know just what took place back during the Civil War.

Dan and I have decided to dedicate the rest of this year with our experiences and knowledge of the Civil War, through museums and to the countryside where many soldiers died to give us freedom in America.

Let us not ever forget what took place and why it happened in the first place.

And I welcome you to visit Mexico, the Guadalajara area, and Virginia if you have not yet done so.

Both places have so much history that date way, way back.

Continuing with a town near where Dan and I live, Salem.

On, October 1828 under the direction of the Roanoke Navigation Company, three boats were docked at Johnston Mill Dam after traversing one-hundred twenty-four miles to tolerable good and safe navigation of the Roanoke River between Brookneal and Salem.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

TRUE VIBRANCY COMES FROM THE WITHIN.

The light in our eyes, the radiance in a smile, the glow of our skin are all manifestations of how we take care of ourselves inwardly.

Spiritual health is just as important as physical health.

Take some time each day to find your light.

Breathe in your brilliance, breathe out the chaos.

When we access our light, we can feel our inner power expand.

When you glow from within, you are magnetic.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Thursday, a reminder; health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind, and spirit.
