I am open to the guidance of synchronicity, and do not let expectations hinder my path.
Hello followers,
Dan and I had a wonderful Memorial Day yesterday spending it with friends in North Carolina.
Hope you all had a safe one and a long peaceful weekend! Today the six laws of KARMA, I will be blogging about is – SYNCHRONICITY. At first, I had to ask Dan what it meant and together we looked it up. Do you know what it means? Well, if not here we go, what is synchronicity?
The term synchronicity (syn = with, Chronos = time) was chosen by the psychotherapist Jung to describe the simultaneous occurrence of events (or coincidences) which apparently have no clear cause, but are deeply meaningful.
Some would say that coincidences are random, but if we look carefully into our lives, we realize it is not so. Every word or sounds we hear and people we meet are merely a simple coincidence.
They appear in our lives when we need them most as answers to our inner doubts or questions.
I always say everything happens for a reason!
Synchronicities can be guides when we do not know what to choose or what to change in our lives.
It is like someone from above hears our silent prayers and talks to us through other people, images or events. As a matter of fact, Einstein described coincidences as being “God’s way of remaining unknown”.

QUOTES ABOUT LIVING
THERE ARE 12 LAWS OF KARMA
Law six – the law of synchronicity. Whatever you do may seem unimportant, but it is very important that you do it. Everything and everyone in this world are connected. Every little good act builds another in some way, and every harsh act creates another. The energy created within an individual may seem tiny and insignificant when sent out, but it will continue to ripple and build in one way or another through every person it touches.
NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer.
By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress). So, by now you know this is always in our routine for healing and keeping our body cells happy.
Thinking back, Dan and I were taught everybody is unique an should be treated individually.
Through blood work and scans, I was given a plan of treatments. Per Dr. Perez and Dr. Garcia, that was the start; the rest was up to me. For you see, keeping healthy is a lifestyle and that would be up to me.
I remember this one moment, a conversation with Dr. Perez; I asked him if I would be around in five years. He, replied it was up to me and how I live my life. Through their love and passion, I’m sharing through this blog our process of keeping healthy – it’s like a journal of our personal journey keeping healthy. Leading to why I ask you, did you do your walking?
I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!! Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!
Also, meditation videos, help to lower stress and is also one of the first steps to making your cells happy; click on https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/meditation . Again, they are no more than 10 to 20 mins and they are guided meditations.
We are still working on Qigong video’s to be posted on the website for easy access, until now you can go to the blog https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com/blog and on the right-hand side are hash # tag words, just click on the word #walk #Qigong #meditation. The post will pop up and then you can begin. Have fun with it!
CLEAN SLEEP
We’re not talking about fresh bed linen and a quick vacuum, although that could certainly contribute to a good night’s sleep.
Clean sleep means preparing yourself for bed mentally and physically to get the most out of your night.
One of the most effective ways of doing this is to stop using screens around 90 minutes before you go to sleep. Try not to have any technology in your bedroom at all and change your devices in another room if possible.
Do not check your social media before you go to bed. Instead develop a bedtime routine that works for you and is screen-free.
TREASURE
HAPPINESS IS YOUR OWN TREASURE BECAUSE IT LIES WITHIN YOU. ENJOY YOUR TREASURE.. #happiness💕 #treasure #lies #enjoy #inspirational #motivational
Maybe it’s a warm bath, with relaxing lavender oil, a cup of herbal tea and a good book. Cut down on alcohol and caffeine during the day and try some gentle yoga or stretching before bed.
If you can, regulate the time you go to sleep and the time you get up each day, this will help your body find its natural circadian rhythm; that’s your built-in body clock and sleep/wake cycle.
However, you choose to wind down before you sleep; make sure you give yourself plenty of time so your routine isn’t hurried and you can drift feeling relaxed.
As I continue to be re-reading my book that I wrote four years ago; it’s a personal journey of my everyday experience with treatments that I received in Mexico. In relations to the current series of QUOTES ABOUT LIVING, LIFE IS A CELEBRATION.
Life is a celebration; it’s a gift that was created from above.
Life is a heartbeat that flows throughout our lives with the gift of love, joy and peace.
We were given these wonderful gifts to share with one another.
Love is the fondness, and affection of the mind caused by that which delights--kindness, and regard for one another.
Joy is the intense gladness of rejoicing and feelings, or expressing and rejoicing to one another.
Peace is a state of quiet its freedom from contention, disturbance of war.
This gift was given to us with our hearts not with our lives.
Everyone’s life is special, and we were given this gift to make a difference in our everyday functions.
During our journey, let’s bring these gifts back to life with special meaning.
The fondness with an affection of kindness, a gladness of rejoicing and expressing rejoicing, and a state of quiet, not conflict.
This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. Today I’m going to continuing blogging on the herb – NUTMEG. Since nutmeg has lots of health benefits, its worth spending time on.
Many people all over the world struggle to fall asleep as well as have trouble staying asleep once they do slumber. This is in part due to the heavy use of electronics such as smartphones and laptops. Another reason many people have trouble sleeping is due to an overwhelming amount of stress that comes from working or taking care of the home all day.
Dan and I struggle over this issue and we learned something today as well.
There are many ways to relax and slip into a deep slumber, for those who still struggle, nutmeg may be the answer. Nutmeg is an effective way to treat insomnia as well as to help those who have trouble falling asleep to achieve proper slumber. Pairing warm milk and a splash of nutmeg have been proven as an effective way to induce sleepiness in people of all ages. This remedy is even helpful for fussy children or even toddlers who are having a tough time settling down for the night.
Until Wednesday, remember there are no mistakes, no coincidences. All events are blessings given to us to learn from. Synchronicity is an ever-present reality for those who have eyes to see.
