Are we ready to start this Monday!
LIFE IS A GRAND ADVENTURE.
Adventure means something different to each one of us.
For Dan and I adventure is found when we push ourselves beyond our comfort zone.
It can be a new opportunity or the courage to start again.
Any challenge, any experience that is daring or risky can be considered a new adventure.
While some have kept their adventurous spirit in time, others have lost it.
Why?
Well, it is when we are children that we love adventure the most.
That is when everything is new to us, exciting and worth exploring.
As children, we do not think too much about consequences and we love a challenge.
As adults, we tend to weigh every aspect before doing something.
And that is the right thing to do, but sometimes we overthink things and we deny ourselves a lot of experiences that could feed and heal our souls.
So today make a promise to yourself that you will do whatever it takes to reignite your adventurous spirit.
Whether you are embarking on a grand adventure or just trying something new, remember to embrace the journey and make the most of every moment.

Is it only available to the brave, the strong, or the rich?

If we knew what was around every corner, life would be dull.
The ups and downs make life richer.
You are brave and equipped for the adventure your soul is supposed to experience.
There is nothing too great for you to overcome.
Support and other resources are out there to help you along the way.
This is a 10-minute guided meditation.
May this morning be a gentle reminder that you are not alone on your life adventures.
You are supported, cherished, and held in the most loving energy that is much larger than us.
Step into this day with a renewed sense of purpose, knowing that you have a powerful network of love and support to carry you through.
Wishing you a day filled with joy, fulfillment, and the comforting knowledge that you are always supported on your life adventures.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
Think about a time when you overcame something that felt daunting and how you not only survived but thrived.
