Welcome to Thursday!

For many, love is an emotion typically reserved for the special people in our lives.


But who is more deserving of this intense feeling of deep affection than the person staring back at you in the mirror?


Self-love is the foundation and basis for all the love that flows from our hearts to others.

Whether it is toward a family member, a close friend or maybe even a beloved pet, that deep appreciation and high regard grows from the roots of self-love.


Although love starts from within, exercising self-love is not always easy.


Let us face it, we all have our ups and downs when we may not feel at our best, which can allow self-doubt to creep in.

Simply put, life happens, and sometimes we need a self-esteem boost to get us back on track.


So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.


These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.


They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

A heartwarming family film sharing themes of love, acceptance, and having a positive self-image.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This meditation offers a precious opportunity to prioritize yourself with a focus on self-love.


By dedicating these precious minutes to yourself in the morning, you embark on a journey of self-acceptance and nurturing.


It allows you to let go of self-doubt, negative self-talk, and judgments, replacing them with a deep sense of love and kindness towards yourself.

As you cultivate self-love, you become better equipped to navigate the challenges of the day with confidence, resilience, and a genuine appreciation for the unique individual that you are.


For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
