If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden.
Hello followers,
Are you ready for Monday?
Do you have a positive mindset?
While some people may let life’s everyday problems get them down, Dan and I encourage you to focus on the good things and keep a cheerful outlook.
By doing so, you will be all around happier because training yourself to have a cheerful outlook not only can make you feel good but also can influence others around you.
Remember the power of positive thinking can lead to more life satisfaction, improved mood, and better relationships.
While it is easy to be positive at your peak, maintaining that energy through life’s inevitable valleys is no simple feat.
It can be challenging to see the bigger picture whenever you are in a rut.
It may feel like everything is against you, yet a simple mindset shift can reveal profound lessons from the challenge.
So, what are you waiting for!
Let us get started.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
June 26th
IN THE MIDDLE OF A MEADOW, deer graze peacefully.
The songs of birds fill the trees.
Out in the distance, the mountaintops are still converted into snow.
Everything is serene and the breeze gently blows through.
When you take time to be mindful, your mind can be like this meadow scene.
When there is chaos streaming through your mind, you can stop, reflect on a tranquil scene, and just breathe.
In that moment, you do not need to complete anything but your next breath.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This 10-minute guided morning meditation, a growth mindset allows us to embrace challenges and see them as opportunities for growth and improvement, rather than as obstacles to be avoided.
Let us continue to approach each new day with enthusiasm and a commitment to personal growth.
A Qigong energy routine inspired by Donna Eden's Daily Energy exercises designed to wake up your body’s energies and get them moving in the right direction.
This routine combines some of the best Eden Energy Medicine practices with basic Qigong purging warmups and Qigong Flow.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Tuesday, live life to the fullest, and focus on the positive.
HAVE A GREAT START OF THE WEEK!
