In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity.
Hello Followers,
Welcome to Monday!
No matter how mentally strong we are daily, everyone can feel a bit overwhelmed in certain circumstances.
Especially the start of a new week.
Those are the times when, even if someone cannot literally help us solve our problems, a few words of encouragement can put us back on the right track.
We sometimes feel exhausted, and we do not want to deal with whatever is happening to us.
Moreover, when everything seems to be going wrong, we do not even see the point in fighting anymore.
It feels like we are sailing against the wind.
Yet, we somehow find the strength to carry on whenever someone tells us “You have got this.”
So, YOU HAVE GOT THIS TODAY!
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
July 17th
WHEN THINGS ARE UNCOMFORTABLE, it is easy to give up and walk away.
If we push past our discomfort, we will never find the understanding and wisdom that awaits us on the other side.
Discomfort is a gift; it brings a deeper meaning to life.
The growth that occurs after a period of difficulty leads to resilience and empathy.
Choose to see discomfort as a gift to help others and not as a burden.
We become polished through pressure, not ease.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This guided mindfulness meditation will inspire you and help you to find both motivation and relaxation.
It is a healing process involving self-love and self-confidence.
It is an important reminder that you can do this...
YOU.
GOT.
THIS.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Tuesday, embrace uncertainty.
Some of the most beautiful chapters in our lives would not have a title until much later.
HAVE A GREAT START OF A NEW WEEK!
