In the process of letting go you will lose many things from the past, but you will find yourself.
Hello Followers,
It is Monday!
Well, let us get started.
Since it is a new week, a new beginning; this is a great time to let go of things that may be out of your control.
The hardest thing about letting go is stepping away and one of the most difficult challenges we encounter as humans.
But through letting go it helps build a healthier body.
Let it go!
Life is about change, and change is often scary.
We want to cling to what we have, even when we know what we have is not what we really want or need.
Sometimes change is forced upon us, and we fight it tooth and nail until we have lost the battle.
Then we sit in bitterness and remorse, giving up the only real control we have in life, the ability to let go and begin anew.
What if we could simply accept that change is inevitable and that the only sane response to it is releasing our resistance to it?
I know it is not easy to simply let go, but once you do, you recognize how powerfully liberating it is.
You free yourself from pain, guilt, and regret, and you find a vast open space in which to move forward with your life.
Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

TRYING TO MAKE SOMETHING work that is not designed to work gives us a sense of false control.
We cannot make people and situations bend to our will.
As much as we want something to work, sometimes things just need to fall away.
Knowing when to let go and when to hang on is a great lesson.
If you are met with resistance, it is time to change your approach or move on.
Through the struggle a new sense of ease and comfort will emerge.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Letting go is not just about releasing attachments to material possessions or past relationships, it is also a spiritual practice that involves surrendering to the flow of life and trusting in a higher power.
It requires us to release our fears, doubts, and worries, and have faith that everything is happening for a divine reason.
Letting go allows us to connect with our true selves and the universe, and to live in a state of peace, love, and harmony.
May we all have the courage to let go of what no longer serves us and trust in the infinite wisdom of the universe.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Tuesday, letting go helps us to live in a more peaceful state of mind and helps restore our balance. It allows others to be responsible for themselves and for us to take our hands off situations that do not belong to us. This frees us from unnecessary stress.
