Hello Followers,
I don’t know about you, but Dan and my week is going real fast.
It seems like Dan and I, as we get older time just ticks away faster.
Which leads me to opening up to change.
You have more fun when you are open to change, you are open to saying YES to more.
You are open to more experiences and opportunities.
You have the opportunity to meet more people also.
When you add all of these things together, you are going to have a more robust life and you'll have a ton of fun figuring it all out along the way.
There's no doubt about it!
HOW HAS CHANGE PROVED TO BE A GOOD THING IN YOUR LIFE?
101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.
Continuing from last year!
Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.
That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.
CHAPTER 3; HAPPILY WORKING
OFFER ORIGINALITY
The workplace is regulated by tried and tested procedures that may be far from ideal; precedent is no guarantee of excellence.
Be prepared to think outside the box and come up with new ideas that will benefit all.
You may encounter resistance from the old guard.
Be patient in explaining the benefits of any new system.
Originality will be valued, if not all your innovations can be implemented.
Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE
LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!
MIND GAMES; TACTICS
It is hard to stay focused on the point of the conflict when the other person changes their argument midstream, refuses to acknowledge what they just said, twists your words, debates the subject by debating your intelligence or worth, and brings up issues from the past.
Yet to resolve the problems, you must not get sidetracked by the tactics.
Center on the goal of healthy resolutions and don’t give in to a dogfight.
Repeat!
CENTER ON THE GOAL OF HEALTHY RESOLUTION AND DON’T GIVE IN TO A DOGFIGHT.
Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.
Continuing on the herb; TEA and the benefits.
It’s amazing what and how tea can help keep your body healthy?
Tea is a daily companion that never fails us.
It warms when we, or the world, feel cold.
Gives strength when we’re weary, and lends delicious grace notes to our gatherings.

Before I end, we’ve all heard this saying at least a million times before, but have you ever stopped for a moment to think about the meaning behind it.
Everything Happens for a Reason.
This is a concept that I tell Dan most often.
It is something that is hard to grasp or believe in the midst of it, but it could not be truer.
Think of the phrase, “People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.”
It is the idea that no matter how good, or how painful a role they played, they taught us something, something that will reveal itself to us at some point.
This goes hand in hand with the concept of everything happening for a reason.
While there may be unpleasant lessons that happen, they are lessons nonetheless.
We have to be open to the pain and difficulty, to be truly open to what it is we are supposed to gain from an experience.
It can be difficult at times, to think in terms of everything happening for a reason, but it can also be helpful.
At times when we are going through a particularly difficult time, it can be very comforting to think that there is a purpose to this, and there will be a use for what I am going through this very moment.
So, with this -WOULD I CHANGE MY DECISION?
About eleven years ago, I was told that I had breast cancer.
My first response was to do nothing.
The reason was that my father and several other family members past on with cancer and while working in the medical field I saw a lot of my clients also pass on from the disease.
So, my first reaction was to first just forget that this was happening to me.
As I was growing up and time passed, I would not go to the doctor for yearly checkups for in the back of my mind I would file the thought of cancer away.
Well, it happened and now I had to live with the fear of dying.
After all the tests and a biopsy, my husband went on the internet to see what types of procedures were available rather than using chemo and radiation.
He found this site from Mexico which opened up my life with all this new knowledge.
I found that there were many procedures and natural remedies that could be used to manage cancer.
We all use the word survival and cancer free as a point to indicate that the cancer is gone.
I have learned that we manage cancer and need to continue to, in order to keep the immune system strong so to conquer it from coming back.
The type of treatments that I undertook was combining new techniques with natural remedies that were being done for many years from throughout the world.
I received stem cells, my own good cells were multiplied and re-entered back in my system to fight the bad cells.
I also had hyperthermia, which blood was being taken out and slowly heated to 109 degrees and re-entered in my system.
This along with ozone treatments, natural vitamins, enzymes and minerals I have been able to manage my cancer.
I learned that cancer cannot survive in heat and oxygen and with this knowledge I have gained self-esteem and realized that I can overcome this disease without harmful poisons and surgically removing parts from my body.
We need for ourselves and loved ones to be educated on what is best for us, and not what is being done to everyone as a whole.
It’s not how long we live, but the quality of life that we can enjoy.
Knowledge is power!!
It’s impossible, said pride.
It’s risky, said experience.
It’s pointless, said reason.
Give it a try, whispered the heart.
It’s early in the morning and this message came to me.
I fear no more for I have managed the cancer.
I trusted my heart to find another way to treat my cancer other than cut, poison, and burn.
I also realized without having cancer I would have not met the amazing people that have taught me so much about life and I would have never experienced Mexico and the culture.
Through taking a detour in the road, I have better knowledge and have tried to educate others on other ways to control cancer.
Through my journey I have been sharing my personal healing process in hopes that maybe your heart is whispering to you like it did me.
With the knowledge that I have gained, I do not fear the unknown, I look past that and take each day with a grain of salt.
The future will be full of experiences that will not be impossible for I took something bad and made it good.
We all deserve to follow our hearts and choose our own journey, but first we have to research the unknown.
Research and you will find that life is not pointless.
Your mind will grow full of hope and your journey will continue for many years.
To finish I must say that with our hearts we can change our fear of the unknown and give hope to our future.
Enjoy the now, for the future depends on it.
I am very humble for my doctors in Mexico were very passionate and took the time to show me how to manage my body from this terrible disease.
My thanks go out to them, for giving me quality of life.
So, no I would not change my decision for I would not be the person I am today, nor as strong and knowledgeable.
I met a lot of wonderful people along the way and now have many new friendships.
