It is in the roots, not the branches, that a tree’s greatest strength lies.
Hello Followers
A new day, a new week, HAPPY MONDAY!
It is time to ground yourself like a tree.
Roots are the most vital part of the trees, providing the tree with water and nutrients from the soil.
The roots of a tree nourish the trees and help them grow.
The same thing goes for us.
A person who knows where they are from, what their roots are, will always grow bigger and go higher in their life.
The quote by Matshona Dhliwayo explains this with beauty.
It is in the roots, not the branches, that a tree’s greatest strength lies.
The roots feed a tree the important nutrients and vitamins along with water to the whole tree.
Basically, the tree exists only because of the roots.
If the roots rot or cut, the tree eventually dies.
Similarly, if a person knows their roots, the essence of their existence, nobody can ever make them feel worthless.
The best thing that every person can do is fly high, but for that, there need to be strong roots to know where they are from, what they can do, and what makes them who they are.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
July 24th
A TREE GROWS TO REACH for the sun.
As it grows, branches and leaves develop to feed on the nourishing rays of the sun.
No matter how tall the tree becomes, it remains grounded in the earth with roots growing deeper and wider to support it.
We can always reach higher and remain grounded at the same time.
As you reach for your aspirations, remember to stay grounded as you grow.
Be like a tree and stay humble as you ascend.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
A carefully designed grounding guided meditation, created with love.
Gather up any negative energies from your body and send them down to your roots and out into the Earth.
Become like a tree and soak up Prana energy from the sun.
Relax, and reduce stress and anxiety.
Find peace and balance.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Tuesday, maybe you are searching among the branches for what only appears in the roots.
