It is not enough to have lived. We should be determined to live for something.

Hello followers,

Well, let us begin this Tuesday with purpose!

It is about finding where you fit in this world and what you want to do with your time here on earth.

When we find our purpose, we can move forward with confidence because the struggle becomes worth it when you know that there is something bigger for your life than just existing.

So, what is your purpose?

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

June 20th

FOR FRUIT TO GROW, the soil needs to be fertile and water plentiful.

During the growth and ripening season, we pull weeds that hinder growth.

Roots grow deeper as the plant grows to support the weight of the fruit.

In our own lives, we can also pull the weeds to allow beautiful things to ripen.

Unless growth is the focal point, we can easily become sidetracked by things that keep us from reaching our potential.

By staying focused, we become more grounded in our purpose.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

Occasionally, I must punch myself for it all seems like a dream.

As another year goes by since my diagnosis of cancer, Dan and I reminisce how humble we are to be able to share our story and experience.

Sometimes, not all experiences end up bad.

For Dan and me, going through cancer taught us to live.

And gave us an opportunity to be part of a program that gave us much more than treatment.

It gave us knowledge of keeping a healthy lifestyle, friendships, and moving to Mexico.

Through my book that I wrote, I described through color and vision how I overcame this disease.

It gives hope, courage, motivation to manage cancer while enjoying life.

Everyone lives in fear of a cancer diagnosis.

Aside from the pain and stress of the disease itself, the diagnosis brings with it the horror of being subjected to terrifying surgeries, radiation, and chemotherapy; all of which can have side effects as bad as or worse than the disease.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was not willing to have my health ruined by US-standard cancer treatments.

Instead, my husband and I went to the internet, and armed with their belief that the usual prescribed course of action was not right for me, they discovered highly effective alternative treatments being used in Europe and in Mexico.

The book is a story of how I beat cancer without surgery, chemo, or radiation.

Through my daily journal, which I also shared online as a blog with readers who followed my journey of hope, I charted my progress.

With information ranging from the types of alternative treatments available to the necessity of lifestyle changes to stay healthy, my memoir is a radiant beacon of possibility for anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer.

My message always remains that how you treat your illness should be your choice.

Everyone is unique, and it is your right to trust the wisdom of your body and mind to choose the path that is best for you.

Follow me on the road to recovery and learn about the innovative options available when you start thinking outside the box.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Wednesday, the mystery of human existence lies not in just staying alive,

but in finding something to live for.
