It is not what they call you, it is what you answer to.
It is not what they call you, it is what you answer to.
Hello Followers,
Welcome to October!
This month is Dan’s and my favorite.
We love the change of weather, along with the change of leaves and Halloween.
Today’s post is all about self-love!
The biggest struggle in life is to know, embrace, and accept us, with all our faults and imperfections.
Become more mindful of your thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
Know your vulnerabilities as well as your strengths and achievements and learn to love yourself for both.
Before you can really show up for other people in your life, experts say that focusing on extending love, care, attention, and praise to your own self is key.
Maybe that means owning and sharing your well-earned achievements.
Or perhaps it is relishing in some quality alone time or honoring the body looking back at you in the mirror.
Instead of turning to the outside world for validation, look within to understand and love the incredible person that you are.
We all know loving yourself is easier said than done.
So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.
These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.
They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

For many people, the concept of self-love is an overblown theory, and they often ignore its importance.
People aspire to be perfect, and perfectionism is considered a greater asset or attribute than self-love.
When we talk about self-love, it is easy to picture someone reading self-help books or hugging a tree; but self-love is much more than that.
A lot of studies have shown that self-love is the key to mental wellbeing, and it keeps depression and anxiety at bay.
When people start to love themselves more each day, it is amazing how their lives get better.
They feel better, their relationships either improve, or the negative one’s dissolve and new ones begin, your relationship with yourself is the most important and longest relationship you will ever have.
You must spend some time and put in some effort every day to develop a more loving relationship with yourself.
It is time to start caring for yourself and treating yourself with the same love that you give to others.
Loving yourself is not selfish, as many fear.
Not only does it improve your relationship with yourself, but it shows others how to love you.
Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
October 1st
WHEN YOU SPEAK TO YOURSELF.
Be more like a cool breeze and less like a furnace of judgement.
Give yourself love and accept yourself exactly as you are.
Honor the journey you have been on with acceptance and appreciation.
As you wake up, think about all the things you have accomplished.
Give yourself gratitude and love.
When you slow down to recognize who and what you are, acceptance comes in like a breeze, making everything better.
RECAP OF THE WEEK
Leaves are falling, Autumn is calling.
Life will always be hard, and life will also always be beautiful.
Autumn colors remind us we are all one dancing in the wind.
Be thankful for everything that happens in your life; I am all an experience.
You can do anything if you know the art of living in the present.
Bitterness imprisons life; love releases it.
No, thanks, however, it sounds quite nice.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
You are worthy of love.
And you are worthy of loving yourself.
This means having forgiveness for yourself and taking care of you first.
This will, in turn, result in a deeper care for others.
This guided mindfulness meditation will focus on these ideas.
Let the ambient music and my relaxing voice allow you to find calm and peace, free from anxiety - whether listening in the morning, before sleep, or any free moment during the day.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Monday, to be beautiful means to be yourself.
You do not need to be accepted by others.
You just need to be accepted by you.
