They say we should live each day to the fullest, and that also includes Mondays. When you fill the first day of the week with energy and hope that something great is going to happen, your entire week will look and feel different. Sure, we love weekends, but life happens every day and Mondays are not that bad unless we choose to see them that way. So, tomorrow morning grab your coffee, put a smile on your face and see how this day can be just as great as any other.

I blogged a little on how to keep your body cells happy this past week, now I guess the next step is how to improve the health of your cells. It’s important to keep your body cells happy to prevent disease and improve performance. For instance, it’s worth considering that the cytoplasm is made mostly of water. This is the ‘stuff of cells’, and thus the entire cell is actually made of around 70% water. That’s why we are made of 70% water, and it’s why it’s so important that we drink plenty throughout the day in order to be healthy and operate optimally.
Another way to improve cell health is to eat omega 3 fatty acids. This is because fats are used to form cell membranes, and omega 3’s structure provides a highly flexible form of fat that allows for other compounds to be transferred more easily in and out of the cells. In short, omega 3 can improve cell fluidity.
Cells are also made of proteins and amino acids in varying quantities and ratios depending on the role of the cells. It is thus highly important to ensure that we get enough amino acids via proteins in our diet to ensure strong and healthy cells.
Tomorrow I will continue with Antioxidants. The cell membrane is also very important for cell health because it helps to protect the cell and thus the all-important nucleus from assaults from outside.

People-watching is an underrated pastime and can be so absorbing you won’t notice time flying by.
Choose a café or park bench and settle yourself down. If you’re feeling conspicuous bring along a book or notebook. The idea is not to spy on people but just to watch them from afar, then you’re free to imagine their lives, jobs, joys and sadness’s, however you wish. Perhaps something in their demeanor or their clothes will give you clues about what is going on in their lives and may even give you an insight into things going on in your own life.
FLY AWAY
Heading off on vacation alone is not for everyone but it can be, they can be an ultimate JOMO experience. With no one else to worry about you can choose your destination freely, pack a single bag and just go. Perhaps you’ll want to change your plans halfway through your trip! If so, just do it!
Traveling alone opens you up to exciting opportunities to experience new things, absorb new sights and meet new people.
Recapping the word JOMO; is the joy of missing out on the right things. Life-taking things like toxic hustle, comparison, and digital drain. We are all going to live with technology for the rest of our lives but we get to decide how.

As I continue to be re-reading my book that I wrote four years ago; it’s a personal journey of my everyday experience with treatments that I received in Mexico. In relations to the current series of BELIEVING, entry from 3-5-11; IT’S THE WEEKEND.
Hi, I wish everyone an awesome weekend. I am recovering from my procedure from yesterday.
We found out that I have a stomach ulcer, which confirms what my doctors stated in Mexico.
The doctor showed the pictures and told me that it’s healing. I am thinking it is from taking my vitamins and minerals, for my immune system is getting stronger.
