Hello Followers,

Welcome Monday!

As we continue with January, Dan and I will be exploring how one moves on from regret and how to forgive.

So, this week’s topic is on how we move on from regret.

Regret is a powerful emotion that we have all experienced at some point in our lives.

But have you ever wondered why we feel regret and how it affects us mentally and physically?

Dan and I will explore the psychology behind regret, the reasons why we feel it, and the effects it can have on our wellbeing.

We will also discuss strategies for moving on from it, as well as tips for avoiding the situation in the future.

Join us as we dive into the complex world of regret.

Continue tomorrow, what is regret?

We must all suffer one or two things, the pain of discipline or the pain of regret or disappointment.

Greek Style Loaded Hummus

Ingredients:

- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- 1/4 cup tahini

- 1/4 cup lemon juice (about one large lemon)

- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

- Salt, to taste

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

- 1/4 cup of diced cucumber

- 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes

- 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, sliced

- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

- Extra olive oil, for drizzling

- Pita bread or veggies, for serving

Directions:

1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth.

2. If the hummus is too thick, add a little water or more olive oil until you reach your desired consistency.

3. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.

4. Sprinkle the chopped parsley, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese on top of the hummus.

5. Drizzle a little extra olive oil over the top for added flavor.

6. Serve with pita bread or your favorite fresh veggies for dipping.
