Hello Followers,

HAPPY TUESDAY!

It is a new year, new beginning, and a new journey.

Last year I started a series on how our words, thoughts, and actions create the attitudes we have toward our journeys here on earth.

So, this year we will be focusing on words and affirmations each day; for what we put out there in our universe will be contagious.

We will have a word of the day, focus on this word, and spread it out to others during the day.

WORD OF THE DAY – RESOLUTION

Resolutions are just intentions, choices you make to honor your desire to change and be better.

Dan and I also welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

This year’s affirmations are from the book- Everyday Affirmations

365 Mantras for happiness, strength, and peace.

Follow everyday -

Dan and I highly recommend you check it out.

Let Everyday Affirmation be your go-to for a moment of stillness, gentleness, and generosity for a year full of happiness, strength, and peace.

MAKE A RESOLUTION

What have you resolved to do?

Whether you made a list yesterday or three months ago, or never made a list at all, you have things you want to do and be.

Resolutions are just intentions, choices you make to honor your desire to change and be better.

They do not require perfection, or even demand all your commitment.

But a resolution asks you to take a chance and try to chase after something you want.

It is not a promise, nor are there any particular consequences if you do not achieve the goal.

It is simply an invitation.

Will you take it?

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

To kick off the New Year, this 7-minute mindfulness meditation focuses on resolutions.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.

Until Wednesday, are you excited about your plans for the new year?

Most of us have an idea about areas where we would like to improve.

And at the beginning of the year, those ideas sometimes turn into resolutions or goals.
