Hello Followers,

Thank goodness it is Friday!

Regret can get you stuck in the past.

In a memory that you keep turning and turning in your head.

Without being able to move on.

I hope these timeless thoughts will help you to create a better today and go forward towards a happier, lighter, and more successful tomorrow.

Today we will be continuing writing on regret.

The subject is on how can we move on from regret?

Moving on from regret involves practicing acceptance, forgiveness, and learning from past mistakes, while implementing effective coping strategies to navigate through challenging emotions.

Acceptance plays a crucial role in the process of moving forward from regret.

It entails acknowledging the reality of what has transpired and coming to terms with it, rather than dwelling on what could have been.

By accepting the past, one can release the burden of regret and create space for healing and growth.

Forgiveness, both towards oneself and others, holds immense power in overcoming regret.

Letting go of resentment and grudges can free the mind and heart from the weight of regret, allowing for emotional liberation and a renewed sense of possibility.

Tomorrow Dan and I will continue to acknowledge and accept the emotion of regret.

Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Avocado Chocolate Mousse, a healthier dessert with the perfect balance of smoothness and indulgence!

Ingredients

Two ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup or honey

1/4 cup (60 g) unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup (60 ml) almond milk or any milk of choice

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup (40 g) dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (optional for extra richness)

Instructions

Prepare the Avocados:

In a food processor or blender, add the ripe avocados, maple syrup (or honey), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, almond milk, and a pinch of salt.

Blend Until Smooth:

Process everything together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

You may need to scrape down the sides to ensure it is well blended.

Melt the Chocolate (Optional):

If you are adding dark chocolate, melt it in a microwave-safe bowl for 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

Add the melted chocolate to the mousse mixture and blend again.

Chill:

Transfer the mousse to serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to firm up.

Serve:

Garnish with chocolate shavings, berries, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

This mousse is a velvety, decadent treat that is naturally creamy thanks to avocado.

Enjoy! 😊
