Hello Followers,
Let us get started!
It is time to start this Thursday!
We all experience cycles in life: joy, sadness, anxiety, and peace.
What cycle are you in today?
Each of these cycles brings a new set of emotions and experiences, the good and the bad.
We can learn to accept, embrace, and find strength.
As each cycle passes by, the world changes around us.
We experience the beauty of nature in new and vibrant ways.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- CYCLES
The life cycle is filled with different cycles, and each cycle brings unique experiences.
As the cycle of life changes, so do our perspectives and outlooks on what is important.
The cycle of life can bring us joy or sorrow, but we must learn to appreciate them all.
Give yourself the courage to embrace each cycle with grace and optimism.
Whatever cycle you are in right now, just know this too shall pass and that new beginnings will come soon.
Do not forget to take time to acknowledge the beauty within each cycle, no matter how difficult they may be!
This year’s affirmations are from the book- Everyday Affirmations
365 Mantras for happiness, strength, and peace.

Dan and I highly recommend you check it out.

LIFE COMES IN CYCLES
Cycles are portals through which we step into the future.
They cannot be stopped as they turn through time, taking us with them, only appreciated for the value they bring into our lives.
We cannot appreciate ease without a measure of difficulty, nor do we truly understand our luck until it runs out occasionally.
As the wheel of the year turns, it takes us through the natural rhythm of the seasons and allows us to depend on what comes next.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
This 5-minute guided meditation for spiritual growth helps you connect with sacred symbolism to receive a message that is unique to you!
After the meditation, to take this deeper, we recommend journaling on the following questions.
Wait to read the following questions until after you have completed the meditation.
1. What did the nautilus look like to you?
2. How did it make you feel?
3. What did it represent?
4. Thinking about it more deeply, now, what other thoughts does a nautilus suggest?
5. How is this relevant to you currently?
6. How can you apply this meaning towards steps forward in your life?
7. What did the flower look like?
8. How did it make you feel?
9. What does it represent to you? (trust yourself, and whatever comes up).
10. How can you apply this to your life moving forward?
11. Any other aha moments?
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Friday, life is a continuous journey, each cycle is a unique part of the story.
