Hello followers,
HAPPY HUMP DAY.!
No matter how big or small it is, think of something you like about yourself.
Take a moment to appreciate it.
Recognizing your strengths will help you build confidence.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- GARDEN
Gardening is a process, and like any process, you will have good and bad days.
But any time spent reconnecting is well worth the time.
There will be times when a streak of bad days will force you to question your time spent gardening, but do not give up.
Your heart is forgiving, loving, and kind.
Little things seem nothing, but they give peace, like those meadow flowers which individually seem odorless, but all together perfume the air.

YOUR HEART IS A GARDEN
A garden grown in your heart, planted with the seeds you sow and tended of your choice and actions.
You can choose to plant in rows, carefully cultivating specific blooms, but hearts can be unruly things.
Sometimes they bloom with flowers that you did not expect, surprising you with their strength, their vibrance, their beauty.
Sometimes weeds spring up that need your careful intention and attention.
Just like the gardens outside, a heart is a beautiful and unpredictable thing.
Make sure you tend it well.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
In this guided gratitude meditation, cultivate the garden of your life.
Use mindfulness to show gratitude to the things you love and want to nurture.
Over time, you will see them grow and flourish.
For deeper and more profound personal growth, come back every day and make this practice a daily habit.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.
Until Thursday, a garden requires patient labor and attention.
Plants do not grow merely to satisfy ambitions or to fulfill good intentions.
They thrive because someone expended effort on them.
