Healing takes time and effort.



Living takes time and a lot of energy.


A heart that is always listening and a mind that is always learning gets tired.



And when you are tired, you need to rest.

REST IS AN ACTIVE CHOICE  


You do not have to be constantly in motion.


You can pause whenever you need, whenever your body demands it.



Are you listening to what your body is asking you?


The world whirls around us constantly, calling for us to participate.


It is so difficult to slow down and give the body what it needs.



But every single one of us needs rest.

There is no one who can really give permission to do so except yourself.


You do not have to be perfect or have achieved every goal.



You only need to stop, even for a few moments, to breathe.
