Welcome Monday!



Well, we are half-way through the year.


And since today starts a new week, Dan and I would like to share this week some inspiration words that we have seen throughout the past few weeks on social media.


As you know from our posts this year, Dan and I have been focusing on words and how they affect our health.


Thoughts bring words and words bring actions.


Through these words they are in the universe, which through positive or negative creates the moods that we react to.


So, let us start this week with positive words and go forth with love in our hearts.

Dear Me,


Take a moment to love yourself a bit more today than you did yesterday.


Remember to make yourself a priority because you deserve it.



Your dreams are worth chasing, and every step forward, no matter how small, brings you closer to them.


Appreciate the blessings you have and be proud of how far you have come.


You are a unique and shining star, a rainbow after the storm.



Embrace your journey, with all its ups and downs, for it has made you who you are.


Celebrate your victories, learn from your challenges, and never doubt your worth.


You are enough, just as you are. ❤️

Life is like a prism.


What you see depends on how you turn the glass.


Your whole life is inside your mind.


Your mind is the prism that refracts the entire universe.



Everything around you and within you comes from your mind.


There are many realities.


There are many versions of what may appear obvious.


Whatever appears as the unshakeable truth, its exact opposite may also be true in another context.



 After all, one's reality is but perception, viewed through various prisms of context.
