As you know from our posts this year, Dan and I have been focusing on words and how they affect our health.
Thoughts bring words and words bring actions.
Through these words they are in the universe, which through positive or negative creates the moods that we react to.
Dwell on the beauty of life.
Watch the stars and see yourself running with them.
Forget yesterday, it has already forgotten you.
Do not sweat tomorrow, you have not even met.
Instead, open your eyes and your heart to a truly precious gift – today.

Life is a beautiful journey that is meant to be embraced to the fullest every day.
However, that does not mean you always wake up ready to seize the day, and sometimes need a
reminder that life is a great gift.
Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.
And your destiny is a journey of life beauty.
Look all around and you can see it!

Look at the world, really look.
Can you count every leaf that sparkles and shines in the sunlight?
The world is full of beauty in every direction, in every season and moment.
In some seasons, it is harder to spot.
Your eyes can be clouded, distracted by what is difficult or ugly.
The world contains both in equal measure, and it is up to you to choose what to take into your heart.
Do not look away from what is less than beautiful but appreciate with all your heart what is.
