Hello followers,
Welcome Thursday!
Continuing from yesterday, Dan and I would like to share some inspirational words that we have seen throughout social media these past weeks.
As you know from our posts this year, Dan and I have been focusing on words and how they affect our health.
Thoughts bring words and words bring actions.
Through these words they are in the universe, which through positive or negative creates the moods that we react to.
Do not leave anything for later.
Later, the coffee gets cold.
Later, you lose interest.
Later, the day turns into night.
Later, people grow up.
Later, people grow old.
Later, life goes by.
Later, you regret not doing something.
When you have the chance.
Life is a fleeting dance, a delicate balance of moments that unfold before us, never to return in quite the same way again.
Regret is a bitter pill to swallow, a weight that bears down upon the soul with the burden of missed chances and unspoken words.
So, let us not leave anything for later.
Let us seize the moments as they come, with hearts open and arms outstretched to embrace the possibilities that lie before us.
For in the end, it is not the things we did that we regret, but the things we left undone, the words left unspoken, the dreams left unfulfilled.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- AUDIENCE
We all want to be fabulously healthy and enjoy a long, happy life.
But we may not realize that each of us, in large part, holds the answer to achieving these things right within ourselves.
It is incredibly important that each of us takes the time to practice self-care.
A meaningful, intentional, thoughtful self-care, which helps us.
When we practice genuine self-care, we get the opportunity to understand ourselves better, recharge our batteries before they are empty, and maintain the ability to have influence for our loved ones and communities.
Self-care is so much more than a beauty regimen or an external thing you do.
It must start within your heart to know what you need to navigate your life.
A pedicure does not last, but meditating every day does.
BECOME YOUR OWN AUDIENCE!
Now, going for a run might improve your mood, but it does nothing to change the circumstances in your life that lead you to feel drained, energy-less, or down.
On the other hand, the work of real self-care is about going deeper and identifying the core principles to guide decision-making.
When you apply these principles to your life, you do not just feel relief in the moment, you design a system of living that prevents the problems from coming up in the first place.

GET MOVING
Do you let yourself grow static and stiff?
Movement is one of the great sources of joy.
Your body can feel the rhythm of a song, the grace of a dance, the press of a hand in yours.
Let yourself sway, wiggle, and bend.
Do not think about what you look like, the only audience you need is yourself.
Listen to how your body responds.
Consider deeply what it needs, what movements feel good.
Toss aside whatever does not resonate with your spirit.
Move in whatever way feels right, but make sure you move.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
This meditation helps you connect deeply with your higher self, the part of you that holds profound insight, strength, and clarity.
By engaging in this practice, you can access greater self-awareness, tap into your innate abilities, and make decisions that resonate with your true purpose.
In just a few minutes, you can shift your mindset, gain a renewed sense of empowerment, and approach your life with enhanced confidence and direction.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts
Until Friday, you are your own audience, nourishing yourself in a way that helps you blossom in the direction you want to go is attainable, and you are worth the effort.
