Hello followers,

Thank goodness it is Friday!

Life is precious.

These past two weeks Dan and I were at our all-time high.

Spending time with our daughter, Danielle and our son-in-law and grandkids.

A week in Virginia and a week in Maine.

Exploring both states and creating adventures to remember for a lifetime. Every moment right down to the seconds are imbedded in my mind.

Capturing time, we went on the safari, watching Violet and Jonah’s expressions when the animals came up to the car windows. Not only the grandkids, but Dan, Danielle and Justin enjoying the experience.

Capturing the grandkids playing at playgrounds, playing at the pool, playing with water guns, and squirting us with water, throwing a football, playing baseball and Star Wars with Jonah, watching them swing in their back yard to doing indoor crafts, to walking part of the Eastern Trail and walking beside them while they were riding their bikes in their neighborhood.

Capturing taking Jonah to a movie, to their local library, and getting ice cream at Dairy Queen, to going to the beach for a pizza dinner with the family.

Capturing going to the grocery store and shopping with my Danielle. While she shopped, I got to show Violet around in the cart, going down the aisles and playing peek a boo with her mom.

Every moment was special, but being able to spend time with Justins parents and watching the kids with both sets of grandparents was a plus.

It was adorable when Violet would say, I have two grandmas, two grandmas.

Enjoyed the lovely lobster dinner and time we spent with Justins parents, Rick, and Jan.

Thank You!

I also enjoyed going to Target with Danielle and getting iced coffee together. It brought back memories.

Saying goodbye was the hardest but knowing that we made memories that will be treasured for a lifetime will have to do until next time.

THE WORD OF THE DAY- ACCOMPLISH

Accomplish but do not boast, accomplish without show, accomplish without arrogance, accomplish without grabbing, accomplish without forcing. – Lao Tzu

An accomplishment is defined as reaching a goal that has been set.

Accomplishments are important because, when achieved, they provide us with a sense of pride and help motivate us to reach further goals in our life.

To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment,” as it inspires us to work our hardest every day!

Knowing is not enough; we must apply.

Wishing is not enough; we must do it.

YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO BE FLAWED

Your capacity to love is not measured in moments or mistakes.

All of us can only do our best, and our hearts are infinite in their ability to expand.

Forgive yourself for what you are unable to accomplish.

Allow yourself the grace to grow and do better in the future.

As the days unspool and you learn more, it is okay to become better.

Do not let your heart close to change and forgiveness.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

This 10-minute guided meditation is great first thing in the morning allowing you to focus on your goals.

By taking the time to meditate on your goals, you can accelerate the momentum to success by keeping your priorities top of mind resulting in proper action needed to progress forward. It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.

Until Saturday, do not wait; the time will never be just right.

Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command,

and better tools will be found as you go along.
