Hello followers,


Well, it is hard to believe but it is Thursday and the first day of summer.




In June, the world of leaf and blade and flowers explodes, and every sunset is different.


Summer is the annual permission slip to be lazy.


To do nothing and have it count for something.



To lie in the grass and count the stars.


To sit on a branch and study the clouds.


Living in the moment, which is the first step to having.



Have a wonderful summer.


THE WORD OF THE DAY- TEMPORARY



 Life is a fleeting and unpredictable journey that is full of ups and downs.


It can be challenging to navigate through the ebbs and flows of life, especially when the unexpected arises.


At some point, we all face moments of hardship, pain, loss, and transition.



But how we choose to approach these events can greatly impact our overall well-being and personal growth.


Embracing impermanence can help us understand that everything in life is temporary.

Both the good and the bad.



It teaches us that change is inevitable and encourages us to appreciate each moment because it will never come again.


When we embrace this concept, we begin to let go of our attachments to certain outcomes.



Dan and I follow this quote by Buddha, everything that has a beginning has an ending.


Make your peace with that and all will be well.

The flow of time carries away both the good we would like to hold on to and the difficult moments that challenge us.
