Hello followers,

Weekend!

Yay!

Our lives change like the changing seasons never remaining the same.

There will be good times, bad times and bitterness that makes us appreciate the sweet.

Do not wait for a crisis to realize what matters most.

Put yourself first right now.

Because right now is all we have.

THE WORD OF THE DAY-ILLUMINATE

The concept of light and darkness is useful in talking about both life and the contrast between happiness and depression or sadness.

But in some ways, you would not know what happiness, or light, was like without the sadness or darkness at times.

It is important to find the light in the darkness.

When you are going through a rough time, it is important that you find the positive things to focus on because it is easy to get sucked into the negativity of a situation that you are in.

Travel light, live light, spread the light, be the light.

In the darkest of times, it is the light of love that shines the brightest.

Light is a symbol of hope that can guide us through the stormiest of seas.

The light within us is a beacon that can inspire others to shine their own light.

The light of knowledge can dispel the shadows of ignorance.

The light of a new day can bring renewed hope and optimism.

The light of creativity can spark the flame of inspiration within us.

The light of wisdom can illuminate our path to greater understanding.

Light can be found in the most unexpected places, even during darkness.

The light of forgiveness can heal even the deepest of wounds.

The light of empathy can bring warmth and understanding to a cold and distant world.

The light of perseverance can lead us to achieve the seemingly impossible.

ILLUMINATE THE DARK

If you cannot see the light, you do not need to stand still in the darkness.

Reach out a hand for the switch, for the match, for the candle.

You may trip and fall over unseen obstacles, but you will find the illumination you search for.

To stand paralyzed without moving is to give up on all possibility of light.

The room may be filled with candles, but without the match they will remain useless.

Without searching how can you illuminate the dark?

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

Bask in the Wisdom of Golden Light.

You are not necessarily the worrying mind but the YOU that exist beyond this physical reality are your own best source of answers and wisdom.

Let this guided meditation for seeking answers help you shift from being the seeker to the Knower.

Trust whatever you experience.

Once you have finished the practice, answer these questions to help you solidify this work and know that this is not a one-time experience.

You can return over and over to receive new and different answers whenever you wish.

1. What did your cloak look like?

2. What did your world look like? Where were you?

3. What appeared to your left?

4. What appeared to your right?

5. What stood out when looking at what you received in your hands?

6. How did it feel to set it free?

7. What written message came to you?

8. What came to you as you relaxed?

9. Anything else you want to carry forward with you from this experience?

10. Just letting you know you are amazing. Not a question.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Dan and I welcome you to go to the tag words and explore our posts.

Until Sunday, just as one candle lights another and can light thousands of other candles,

so one heart illuminates another heart and can illuminate thousands of other hearts.
