Stretch yourself.
The good type of stretching.
There are times in life when we get a little too comfortable.
Maybe everything is ticking along nicely, but you are ready for a new challenge.
Something new to sink your teeth into.
To shake up your life a little.
There are always new goals, new hobbies, new things we want to try at the back of our minds, but sometimes we need a little push of inspiration to get some momentum going.
So, take this as a little nudge.
The big challenge is to become all that you have the possibility of becoming.
You cannot believe what it does to the human spirit to maximize your human potential and stretch yourself to the limit.

FEEL HOW ALIVE YOU ARE
Stretch your limbs and wiggle your toes.
Circle your arms in your joints and roll your neck.
Take a deep breath.
Here you are, alive in the world!'
You are part of this world, a miracle of electrical currents and molecules and chemical reactions.
Everything alive shares in this dance, this constant flow and ebb of life.
What a miracle it is to join together in this whirl, part of everything and yet unique.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
This is a 10-minute mindfulness guided meditation, as we begin to focus on our breath, we begin to relax inwards, bringing ourselves into a meditative state.
We will eventually begin to focus on the feelings and sensations of our hands and feet, without judgement, to give your mind something to practice observing and being aware of.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
