Just keep in mind: the more we value things outside our control, the less control we have.
Hello followers,
Thank goodness it is Friday!
And Happy St. Patrick’s Day.
Last Saturday in Roanoke, we had our St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
It was cold, but Dan and I managed to go.
However, my hands were cold; so, I did not take to many pictures.
I had to take a mini video of the bagpipers, for what is a St. Patrick’s Day Parade without them!
Also, I was impelled to take pictures of two floats for my grandson, Jonah.

Now, let us get to releasing control; letting go.
There is no need to go through this process alone!
Chances are you have at least one loved one who also tries to control everything about life.
You can reach out to them and let them know you're on a mission to surrender and give up control.
Ask them to join you, then meet or talk with them regularly about how the process is going.
If someone in your life already has given up control and experienced the peace that comes with it, lean on them for support.
Ask for tips, share about your experience, and learn from what they've accomplished.
The need for control is natural, but it can also make our lives more complicated.
As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

KNOWING WHAT YOU WANT and going after it is bravery in action.
Many things keep us from fulfilling our dreams.
We can allow doubt, judgement, and guilt to keep us from moving into the lives we desire.
These tendencies mask fear and try to keep us sheltered in what is comfortable.
Squash doubt with the confidence that you are following your soul’s calling.
Reframe judgement into a positive affirmation and release guilt by honoring your journey to greater self-respect.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Saturday, let go of the battle.
Breathe quietly and let it be.
Let your body relax and your heart soften.
Open to whatever you experience without fighting.
