Hello followers,
Happy Tuesday!
It is Dan’s Birthday; let's all wish him a Happy Birthday.
Yesterday Dan had checked off his bucket list, The Grand Canyon.
Our friend Rick took us to the Hermit Trail, where Dan; forty-seven years ago, went down the trail with another friend, Kevin.
Even though we did not go down the trail this time, Dan was able to recapture the area where he once was.
Stay tune tomorrow for some pictures.
So, today we will explore, becoming inspired.
Watch what happens when life changes, you choose to embrace it, and change makes you stronger.
At this point, you are seeing it with new eyes, feeling more adaptable and your resilience builds.
With this comes inspiration.
You are more open to latest ideas and insights.
You become more curious and braver, and more than this, you become inspired to move forward through change.
You have indeed changed yourself.
Tomorrow, you become grounded in your values.
Since this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, every post this week; I will share something that I have written or done in the past that has to do with this very topic.
OCTOBER IS THE MONTH FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS
This month is full of celebrations, each day Dan and I celebrate life.
Every month of October we both celebrate his birthday, my fathers and of course mine.
I celebrate mine for its Breast Cancer Awareness Month and for 12 years I have been spreading ways to treat cancer without surgery, chemo nor radiation.
It is my way in giving back for the doctors that educated me and taught me how to manage cancer.
I am no more afraid of the disease and learned about a whole new lifestyle that works.
We are individual people and should be treated as that.
Why do they group us together and put statistics on lives?
You are important and need to be treated like that.
So, ask questions and research, only you can change the way they treat you.
I have authored a book with mine and Dan’s (husband) experiences with treatments that was not conventional.
It is a journal of how we lived with cancer and how we managed this disease.
Life is all about vision, looking through a sphere of color.
I wanted you to get not only the experience of treatments, but the aftercare and through color and imagination learn the knowledge that I have.
Click below the site to check out the book-
In past posts, I received messages that some had estrogen related breast cancer and on that same note I also, had 100% estrogen related cancer.
There are natural supplements that can help control this.
I take Breast Formula through Life Extension and Indole 3 Carbinol with DIM.
Vitamin D3 is also important, I have learned from the best of the best. I learned that cancer cannot live in high doses of vitamin D.
I also get my estrogen, vitamin D, and cancer markers evaluated throughout the year.
Final note, please do not hesitate in dropping a line out on the comment portion of the website.
Dan and I always like to hear from you.
If you have any questions for us, you can use this page to leave a message.
OCTOBER 25th, Dan, and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about October that is so significant during this month?
National I Care About You Day – October 25, 2022
This day has several holiday events.
It was exceedingly difficult to choose form, since it is my father’s birthday this week and he was Italian; to honor him there was, World Pasta Day.
Also, it is International Artist Day, National Danielle Day, and National Fine Art Appreciation Day; to honor my daughter.
For her name is Danielle and she is an impressive artist and designer.
However, I am putting these events into one with National I Care About You Day.
We celebrate National I Care About You Day on October 25 so plan something special for your friends and family!
This is the day where we honor everyone in our life for no other reason but to tell them we are grateful.
Although this holiday was most recently launched in 2016, this day is highly popularized through social media tags and post shares.
Let us be honest!
We could easily make a case that National I Care About You Day should sit atop a list of the most important days of the year.
Why?
Though it was only started in 2016, what other holiday more perfectly speaks to the human condition?
Money’s nice to have.
Vacations are fun.
And driving around in a new car makes us feel good, temporarily.
None of it matters at the end though.
Without love (both romantic and platonic), friendships, and/or family; we are doomed.
Humans are wired for relationships.
We thrive when we are connected and feel lonely (or worse) when we are disconnected.
No amount of money can make your emotional pain heal.
But friends can.
Or at least they can help.
So many of us crave novelty, but by its very definition, it can only last for a limited time.
Suddenly you do not even realize you are driving that (once) new car.
And ancient ruins begin to look the same starting around day five of your trip to Greece.
Material things cannot possibly do what other people can do.
The health experts at Northwestern University have pinpointed some of the positive effects of healthy relationships.
For instance, being in a committed relationship is linked to less production of cortisol, a stress hormone.
Good relationships can promote better healing, as research suggests married people who have undergone heart surgery are three times more likely to survive the first three months after surgery than single patients.
Healthy relationships set the perfect tone for an overall healthy lifestyle.
They give us a greater sense of purpose.
It is natural for humans to want to feel needed, and like they are part of something bigger.
And it can even extend our lives!
Research indicates that having healthy social relationships makes a bigger impact on avoiding an early demise than taking blood pressure medication or being exposed to air pollution.
One study even suggests that a lack of social relationships has the same effect on health as smoking fifteen cigarettes a day.
Ugh!
So, reach out on October 25th.
It will make your life better and may make someone else’s better too.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is
A FIRM BELIEF IN YOURSELF IS ALL THAT IS NEEDED TO ALTER YOUR LIFE. NO ONE EXCEPT YOU ALONE CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding.
Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.
This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.
Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!
Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.
By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.
CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; SMELL
SMELLS AND MOODS-
HOW TO MAKE A MASSAGE BLEND?
This is quite simple and takes just a few minutes!
Use a small, clean, dark glass bottle.
Measure your carrier oil first, an excellent quality vegetable oil like sweet almond, grapeseed, or jojoba (good suppliers sell carrier oils as well as essential oils).
Add drops of your chosen essential oils, put the lid on, shake the mixture, and it is ready to use.
A blend lasts up to four weeks if kept cool.
Tomorrow, oils for bath time bliss.
As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to find that we all have our own blueprint.
Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.
Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the separate ways through body, heart, and soul.
It is all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.
Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.
It is important to know how it works!
Cancer: Civilization's - No. 2 Killer
Continuing from yesterday, Differentiation and De-differentiation.
To survive by fermentation, aerobic bacteria must change into a more primitive form, and because fermentation is so inefficient, more fuel (blood sugar) must be consumed, and a lot of acid produced.
This process occurs in the mouth when the natural bacteria there are deprived of oxygen by food residues stuck between the teeth, and the acid so produced eats away the tooth enamel to make the cavities we call tooth decay.
Similarly, aerobic bacteria normal in the colon (bowel) change into anaerobic bacteria when putrefying residues of protein and fat cause constipation and acids and other toxins are produced, many of which find their way into the bloodstream.
When lipotoxemia and acidic conditions of the blood result in deterioration of the lymph which sustains the tissue cells of the body, the cells may be deprived of oxygen or deprived of the enzymes they need to utilize oxygen.
When this occurs the milieu interieur, polluted, is referred to as the cancer milieu.

Until Wednesday, just take any step, whether small or large.
And then another and repeat day after day.
It may take months, maybe years, but the path to success will become clear.
