KEEP BELIEVING IN YOURSELF AND YOUR DREAMS

Recapping on YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM

Hello followers,

When I woke up this morning a message spoke out to me - to accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but to believe.

When the world says, give up! Hope whispers, try it one more time?

Hope is such a marvelous thing. It bends, it twists, it sometimes hides, but rarely does it break.

Hope sustains us when nothing else can. It gives us reason to continue and the courage to move ahead when we tell ourselves we’d rather give in. Hope puts smiles on our faces when our hearts cannot manage. Hope puts our feet on the path when our eyes cannot see it.

Hope moves us to act when our souls are confused by the direction. Hope is a wonderful thing, something to be cherished and nurtured and something that will refresh us in return. It can be found in each of us and it can bring light into the darkest of places. By Brenda Hager

SHINE BRIGHT 🌞

The divine is dancing in your heart - Let it shine bright.

As I sit here today blogging, I wanted to create a space of inspiration along with information of keeping ourselves healthy. I started last month blogging on our immune system and how important it is relating to good health. We are all unique, each one of us has a different blueprint.

Each one of us should be treated individual – one size doesn’t fit all. Our doctors are not taught this and treats us by groups. We are treated by prescription of a diagnosis, not what size, the environment one lives in and what one eats, etc.

DARE TO IMAGINE

You can only become what you dare to imagine.

It is so important to choose your own heathy lifestyle and not let others choose it for you.

Its alright to say no, if you disagree with your doctor. Believe in yourself for only you know how you feel.

With this said, remember our bodies functions with the environment that we choose to live in; pollution – chemicals we put in and, on our bodies, the gut, what we eat and our immune system.

Today I’m focusing on recapping YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM.

First, we must know the meaning of scientific methods. The scientific method is a process for creating models of the natural world that can be verified experimentally. The scientific method requires making observations, recording data, and analyzing data in a form that can be duplicated by other scientists. In addition, the scientific method uses inductive reasoning to try to produce useful and reliable models of nature and natural phenomena.

Inductive reasoning is the examination of specific instances to develop a general hypothesis or theory, whereas deductive reasoning is the use of a theory to explain specific results. In 1637 René Descartes published his Discours de la Méthode in which he described systematic rules for determining what is true, thereby establishing the principles of the scientific method.

THE HARVEST

It is like the seed put in the soil - the more one sows, the greater the harvest.

The scientific method has four steps; Observation and description of a phenomenon.

The observations are made visually or with the aid of scientific equipment.

Formulation of a hypothesis to explain the phenomenon in the form of a causal mechanism or a mathematical relation.

Test the hypothesis by analyzing the results of observations or by predicting and observing the existence of new phenomena that follow from the hypothesis. If experiments do not confirm the hypothesis, the hypothesis must be rejected or modified.

Definition of hypothesis

1a: an assumption or concession made for the sake of argument

b: an interpretation of a practical situation or condition taken as the ground for action

2: a tentative assumption made in order to draw out and test its logical or empirical consequences

3: the antecedent clause of a conditional statement

Definition of phenomenon

1: plural phenomena: an observable fact or event

2: plural phenomena

a: an object or aspect known through the senses rather than by thought or intuition

b: a temporal or spatiotemporal object of sensory experience as distinguished from a noumenon

c: a fact or event of scientific interest susceptible to scientific description and explanation

3a: a rare or significant fact or event

b: plural phenomenon’s: an exceptional, unusual, or abnormal person, thing, or occurrence

ACCOMPLISH GREAT THINGS

To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe.

Sorry for the science class, however; before we start on the topic of the immune system, I felt this was needed to explain to continue. For Dan and I had treatment for our cancer with alternative methods, we also had scientific approaches to manage our cancer.

RECAPPING

Love is a condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own.

Wealth, what is it?

This is a day to practice the power of choice.

Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean.

Live within the light in your heart.

ALWAYS CREATE YOUR OWN DREAMS AND LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST

THE JOY OF LIFE

The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

Until next time, remember optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence. This message was written by Helen Keller
