Know your worth. Embrace that you are worthy of receiving that great blessing in your life!
THIS WEEK CONTINUING ON; SELF- WORTH AND ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. ALONG WITH HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
Hello Followers,
It’s Friday and you know what that means?
The week-end begins!
And that’s where I begin, the first thought that came to my mind when I woke up this morning was - it was my dad’s birthday.
So, this post is in honor of him.
For over forty years, I have wished my dad happy birthday just in thought.
How I wished I only had more time to be with him
Through my dad along with my mom, I learned SELF-WORTH.
I learned that this is not a bad thing.
It only makes you accept your weaknesses while you learn to focus on your strengths.
Some of this strength lies undiscovered, and until we become self-aware, we will be unable to bring them to light.
On self-worth, you can either be your own best friend or your worst enemy.
If you keep evading self-awareness, you will only keep delaying your freedom and healing.
Self-worth truly comes when you fully understand who you are and what strong potential you possess.
With this understanding and this saying that I ran across on Facebook, it gives light on how it effects our lives.
Barely the day started and it's already six in the evening.
Barely arrived on Monday and its already Friday.
And the month is already over.
And the year is almost over.
And already 40, 50 or 60 years of our lives have passed.
And we realize that we lost our parents, our friends.
And we realize it's too late to go back.
So, let's try, despite everything; to enjoy the remaining time.
Let's keep looking for activities that we like.
Let's put some color in our grey.
Let's smile at the little things in life that put balm in our hearts.
And despite everything, we must continue to enjoy with serenity this time we have left.
Let's try to eliminate the afters.
I'm doing it after.
I'll say after.
I'll think about it after.
We leave everything for later like ′′ after ′′ is ours.
Because what we don't understand is that; afterwards, the coffee gets cold.
Afterwards, priorities change.
Afterwards, the charm is broken.
Afterwards, health passes.
Afterwards, the kids grow up.
Afterwards parents get old.
Afterwards, promises are forgotten.
Afterwards, the day becomes the night.
Afterwards, life ends.
And then it's often too late.
So, let's leave nothing for later.
Because still waiting to see later, we can lose the best moments, the best experiences, best friends, the best family.
The day is today.
The moment is now.
We are no longer at the age where we can afford to postpone what needs to be done right away.
It looks like an eternity, but It's a short trip.
Enjoy life and always be kind.

A Simple Hug
There's something in a simple hug that always warms the heart.
It welcomes us back home and makes it easier to part.
A hug's a way to share the joy and sad times we go through, or just a way for a friend to say they like you because you're you.
Hugs are meant for anyone for whom we really care.
From your friend to your neighbor, or a cuddly teddy bear
A hug is an amazing thing.
It's just the perfect way to show the love we're feeling, but can't find the words to say.
It's funny how a little hug makes everyone feel good; in every place and type.
It's always understood and hugs don't need new equipment, special batteries or parts.
Just open up your arms and open up your hearts.
QUOTES ABOUT LIVING
SELF-WORTH
It’s hard to rebuild self-worth and it’s even harder when the people around you keep putting you down, belittling your ambitions and telling you’ll not good enough.
But if everyone suddenly cheered on your every move, you wouldn’t know which insults still bothered you.
For an insult to bother you, you have to agree with it.
Otherwise, you can dismiss it as nonsense.
Though those people make it harder, they’re also indirectly showing you the areas within you that still need to be rebuilt.
How many are you out there are left-handers?
I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.
It’s time to share some words from THE LEFT-HANDER’S HANDBOOK.
WHY ARE THINGS SO TOUGH ON LEFT-HANDERS?
No doubt about it left handers are different from right-handers.
They think differently, they have different skills.
They even behave differently, but they are in every way equal and sometimes maybe superior to the right-handed majority.
What’s even more certain is that for the first time in history, we are just now entering the GOLDEN AGE OF LEFT-HANDERS.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.
Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.
20 PICTURES - ENJOY THE SLIDE SHOW
"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."
So, we will be posting a gallery of pictures on each post, hopefully you will see each one has a story.
Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown. Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy. A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 8; HANDLING FRAZZLED EMOTIONS.
Today’s blog will explore these feelings, I can’t, I’m alone, I’m different, I’m going crazy, I’m hurting, I’m guilty.
I CAN’T! – this sounds like, I would if I could, but I just can’t.
With reason, I can’t change to I can.
Tremendous empowerment flows from recognizing you really can handle the challenges of your
relationship.
Say out loud, I can stand up.
I can set limits and boundaries.
I can be an adult.
I’M ALONE! – this sounds like, no one has ever had such a problem at this.
Reason points out that no one is alone.
Many people have similar relationship problems and overcoming the challenge will equip you to help others who will look to you as their guide.
I’M DIFFERENT! – this sounds like, no one will like me because I’m not like anyone else.
Freedom is born when reason makes you aware of your uniqueness, as well as how you are like others.
One of the ways we are alike is that everyone has challenges to overcome in relationships.
I’M GOING CRAZY! – this sounds like, I can’t remember, can’t sleep, can’t think straight.
Reason helps you appreciate that lethargy dulls the pain of hurting relationships and that thinking straight is possible, even though it seems elusive.
I’M HURTING! – this sounds like, I can’t believe he did this to me!
Rejection, unfairness, and broken commitments hurt.
However, linked with reason; these terrible feelings teach the critical value of being fair, just, true and loving without reserve.
Suffering, linked with reason; builds empathy for the plight of others and appreciation for one’s own ability to overcome.
I’M GUILTY! – this sounds like, what could I have done differently?
Reason uses guilt to point out your responsibility for an action and change.
This may be the most constructive of all emotions because it focuses you on the reality that you are responsible for what you do.
You are responsible for you.
Progress flows from working with your emotions, as opposed to for your emotions.
This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of NETTLE. It’s amazing what and how nettle can help keep your body healthy?
If you have Alleviates Osteoarthritis, treatment can be done to ease the pain and swelling of the afflicted part.
Ever felt like you are having a hard time moving your joints?
Do they feel even stiffer after not moving for a while?
If so, then you might need to consult your doctor because you just might have a case of osteoarthritis.
Osteoarthritis (or OA for short) is a common ailment of the joint.
It is also defined as a progressive disease, meaning that as more time passes the symptoms worsen.
Unfortunately, there is no remedy for it, however; treatment can be done to ease the pain and swelling of the afflicted part.
One of these possible treatments is by intake of nettle tea.
Phyto therapeutic compounds, which include plant oils, phytosterols, phytoestrogens, and fatty acids, are the components in stinging nettle that possess beneficial effects on osteoarthritis, joint pain, and gout.
The extract gathered from nettle leaves can also act as an inhibitor for inflammation in autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis.
NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal and keep your body cells happy.
As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress).

EMBRACE THAT YOU ARE WORTHY
Know your worth. Embrace that you are worthy of receiving that great blessing in your life! #know#worth#embrace#receiving#great#blessings#your#life#inspirational#motivational
Until Saturday, having a balanced ego is about not only understanding our equality, but also understanding our differences and being 100% ok with them. It’s about shining when it’s our time to shine and embracing that light, but also letting others have their shine when it’s their time and applauding them for it.
