Wow Thursday already!
Are you one to be in control of everything?
There is a unique type of stress and exhaustion that comes with needing to be in control of everything.
Maybe you feel pressured by the never-ending drive for perfection, or you worry that any deviation from your plans or standard approach will create havoc.
It is natural to want some control over life, yet we must take care not to form a negative, obsessive relationship with control.
Our mental, emotional, and physical health suffers when we use our precious energy to over-manage issues that are ultimately meaningless or essentially out of our control.
When you let go of the myth that you will be safe when you lead a tightly woven life and work the steps noted above, you will slowly release your negative relationship with control.
Over time, you will find a sweet balance where you have a healthy relationship with control rather than control having power over you.
Today, let us have faith that things will happen at the right time!

THE SUN’S WARMTH RADIATES through the fog.
As it makes its way through, it warms the air and gimmers throughout the day.
Uncertain circumstances can make us feel as if we are caught in the fog.
Not being able to see the outcome can be frustrating.
Notice the gimmers of hope when they appear and accept the ambiguity.
Sometimes the mystery is the most amazing part of becoming.
Let go of the need to control - know and trust that everything is working out.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This is a 13 min. guided meditation with background music exploring trust regarding one´s future.
Often, we are planning and seeking to control the future.
We do this to feel safe.
But planning and controlling only creates the illusion of safety and security.
The future lies beyond our control.
There is no safety, there is no security, and yet everything is perfectly safe and secure.
Surrender into the spaciousness of trust.
Trust in life.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
