Life has no limitations; except the ones you make.
Continuing the SERIES ON BELIEVING
Hello Followers,
The other day, I ran across this saying that hit me; there is only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that's your own self.
Stop waiting around for your life to get better and start getting better with your thoughts, decisions and actions.
The first step in taking any kind of control is to realize that you can actually take control; you’re the author of your life. You’re the main character, so you might as well write the chapters ahead.
It’s time to take the pen from whoever is holding it — and start the writing.
If you don’t take control over your life, life takes control over you. Everything — even things you can’t possibly imagine — shapes your direction if you fail to set it yourself. So, let’s start right now.
How much of your life have you already been waiting?
Hours? Days? Months?
Could it possibly be more?
And more importantly, what exactly have you been waiting for?
The right opportunity?
The moment when it feels right?
A signal from the universe?

Boldly Be

Ignite it, trust it, it is a gift born of your spirit.
Be it in words, dance, colors, or a song; have absolute faith in what you have been given.
Chase it no matter how elusive, be it; however challenging. Pursue it without pause, seek to boldly be whatever is in your heart to be. By Pam Reinke

Tidy Your Space
The ultimate in self-care is ensuring the space around you and to make you feel calm and positive.
If you’re going to reject offers of socializing to stay in, it’s important your home feels like a comfortable place to be. And that’s pretty hard if it’s full of anxiety-causing jobs.
Take time to clear your clutter, hang those pictures, fix the shelves and donate unwanted items to charity. It might feel like a chore but once it’s done, you’ll feel so much better about staying in.
Make your living space cozy by investing in some blankets, cushions and a few pot plants and it’ll become part of your routine to water and care for them also.

The other day as Dan and I grounded ourselves while doing Qigong, I left an impression on the carpet. I guess I ready took it to heart and planted my feet like a tree in the earth.
Qigong to Circulate Your Energy
This routine uses progressive loops to circulate the qi through the body. Circulation exercises are best to be done after purging and toxification exercises.
Yesterday, Dan and I spent some time looking at sites to market my book that I wrote four years ago; My Journey of Completion – Body, Heart & Soul. Enjoying Life While Managing Cancer.
Our internet was slow, so it took longer than I thought. The book shows my journal of day by day experiencing cancer on my own terms. I invite you to go to the website https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com for more information.
