Life is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint on it you can.
CONTINUING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB - LEMON BALM AND 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.
Hello followers,
Wow, today is New Year’s Eve Day!
And this is the last Friday of this year and tomorrow is 2022.
Dan and I are getting ready for, yes 2022.
We have set some goals and hopefully checking some things of our bucket list.
Goals give us direction in life; they help us to understand our desires and set us along the path to the success we want.
Helping to give our lives purpose and distinct meaning; encapsulating our values and driving us to the finish line.
They propel us forward and help us stay accountable, even if it is just to ourselves.
They are our road map to a future we have planned and dreamed of; without them, we are wandering in the woods of life, not sure of where our destination is.
When we reach short term or long-term goals in our lives, it gives us an incredible sense of accomplishment and happiness.
When we reach our goals and purposes in life, it brings joy and happiness that we worked hard and achieved the results we desired.
Have you set some goals for the coming year?
Since it is the last week of this year, Dan and I will focus on recapping on favorite posts on this blog of 2021 in expressing the healthier tomorrow.

The greatest service to others is living happily, and radiating happiness and joy to those around me.
INFORMATION FROM THE CANCER CONTROL SOCIETY CONVENTION OF 2017 – INTERNATIONAL TREATMENTS - RECAP
Good evening, Saturday.
In our daily life, we hear various expressions that are commonly known as saying quotes.
Some of the quotes may be very relevant to some problems that we are facing at this time.
And there may be a lot of people saying this quote as a solution to such problems.
The question is why may there be a saying that is not very effective at all.
But these quotes have good impact on our subconscious mind and what is the impact of using these quotes?
This is why I have been doing theses mini-inspiration sayings.
Dan and I welcome you to our YouTube page and subscribe.
One of the things that make a saying have a great impact on our mind is the way that they are used.
Adding a picture gives the quote an extra meaning, especially if bright colors are used.
When we are in a situation that requires us to use a saying we tend to put them in our subconscious mind.
What this means is that we are using them in a way, that we do not have to have the conscious knowledge that they are there.
It is this conscious knowledge that has the ability to change our subconscious mind into a positive way.
The saying that is used in such a way can have a good impact on our subconscious mind.
Because it tends to make our mind focus on the main purpose of using the saying.
It is for this reason that we tend to listen to the saying and see the main purpose for using it.
101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.
Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.
That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.
CHAPTER 2; HAPPILY, PEACEFUL
WALK YOUR TROUBLES AWAY
The Latin motto Solvitur ambulando (solve it by walking) should be learned and lived by heart.
The rhythm of our own footsteps is literally grounding and a walker’s gradual changes of view counteract the modern emphasis on speed and convenience, especially in the countryside.
Be mindful in your walking (focus on sensory experiences), but take the time also to calmly work through any issues you need to resolve.
Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.
Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.
A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

TO TURN ANGER INTO AN ALLY, PARTNER WITH IT.
Continue on TAKE CONTROL
Anger as an ally will do the following:
· Alert you to a problem.
· Energize you toward a goal.
· Bolster your determination and perseverance.
· Prod you to appreciate your own needs.
· Keep you from feeling overwhelmed.
· Let you know that the problem is yours to handle.
· Fortify your resolution.
· Act as a thermostat for other emotions.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.
In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the recipes of LEMON BALM.
It’s amazing what and how lemon balm can help keep your body healthy?
In everything we consume there are side effects.
Even lemon balm has side effects!
Consuming lemon balm tea and using lemon balm essential oils have tremendous benefits for improving your health.
While lemon balm is a natural compound, it’s possible to overdo your use of it.
Overuse of lemon balm can cause the following side effects.
• Pain during urination.
• Increases in body temperature.
• Nausea, stomach discomfort, and vomiting.
• Dizziness
• Wheezing
• Skin inflammation and irritation
• Allergic reactions
To mitigate the risk of experiencing side effects, stick to doses under 1-gram at a time.
If you’re using the essential oil, only use it once or twice a day.
To check if you have a sensitivity to the oil, add some to a cotton swab.
Lightly wipe some on the inside of your wrist.
If you don’t notice any skin reddening in 15-minutes, you should not have any problems with lemon balm.
If you encounter any symptoms of side effects or allergic reactions, consult with your doctor for advice.
It’s a good idea to cut your use of lemon balm until you meet with your doctor.
