Life is a moving, breathing thing. We have to be willing to constantly evolve. Perfection is constant transformation.

RECAPPING THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB - LEMON BALM AND ROSE. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello Followers,

As we end the first week of January and as you look forward to 2022, Dan and I will end with this statement; our minds are the strongest weapon known to mankind.

Yet, most of us never develop the skills needed to become the person we were meant to be.

When challenges arrive, will you be ready to face them head on or will you cower away in fear for lack of confidence?

This is where personal transformation takes over.

The idea of personal transformation starts with change at its core.

But to transform one’s self is to have a total metamorphosis of both body, mind and soul.

We are talking about making a change that will drive us to where we want to go in life.

We cannot change anything if we cannot change our thoughts.

You’ve probably heard and seen individuals who have done some incredible physical feats that defy explanation but the body follows where the mind takes it.

This is true of anything we set our minds to do.

Look back over your own life and think back to something you wanted to accomplish.

Did you think you could do it at the start?

Probably not but you forged on, gaining confidence in your abilities to make things happen.

You didn’t realize it then but you were going through a personal transformation that was set in motion by your mind.

Time is free, but it’s priceless.

You can’t own it, but you can use it.

You can’t keep it, but you can spend it.

Once you’ve lost it you can never get it back.

Time is taken for granted, but after it is gone; all we have left are the memories.

So, I put together 365 inspirational sayings; this way we can stop for a second and pause.

This was inspired by giving as Christmas gifts to our loved ones.

Each day Dan and I will also shake and pull out of our box and share with you all.

Today is:

THERE ARE ULTIMATELY TWO CHOICES IN LIFE; TO FIGHT IT OR EMBRACE IT. IF YOU FIGHT IT, YOU WILL LOSE. IF YOU EMBRACE IT, YOU BECOME ONE WITH IT AND YOU'LL BE LIVED.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 2; HAPPILY, PEACEFUL

EXERCISE THE SENSES

We tend to prioritize sight and sound, but making a conscious effort to savor touch, taste and smell enlarges our sensory world; bringing new dimensions of pleasure.

Relish textures.

Explore the scents of nature in an olfactory safari.

Do a mindfulness meditation on something edible and have a multi-sensory experience in the moment.

See if you can find words to describe what you’ve perceived.

Real transformation requires real honesty. If you want to move forward, get real with yourself.

Embrace each challenge in your life as an opportunity for self-transformation.

The great solution to all human problems is individual inner transformation.

Nothing gets transformed in your life until your mind is transformed.

To transform yourself, you don’t need to do big things. Just do small things in a big way. Transformation will follow you.

Growth and transformation occur not by changing who we are, but as we summon the courage to be who we are.

Even a thought, even a possibility, can shatter and transform us.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 11; MAKE ANGER YOUR ALLY

TO TURN ANGER INTO AN ALLY, PARTNER WITH IT.

Continue on TAKE CONTROL

LIFELINES

· To turn anger into an ally, partner with it.

· Find anger; use it; let it go.

USE YOUR ANGER TO GET OFF YOUR DUFF AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

As I continue on herbs this year, for three days ago we started on the herb; ROSE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how rose can help keep your body healthy?

The beneficial components present in rose plants are flavonoids, anthocyanins, terpenes and glycosides.

This plant also has myrcene, kaempferol, quercetin, carboxylic acid.

Some of the identified components in rose oil are nonadecane, geraniol, kaempferol, nerol, and β-citronellol.

However, it has been found that the components having the most therapeutic properties in rose plants are phenolic compounds.

They exhibit properties of antioxidants, antidepressants, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer.

Moreover, they act as free-radical scavengers.

The vitamins found in rose are vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin B3.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

CONSTANTLY EVOLVE

Life is a moving, breathing thing. We have to be willing to constantly evolve. Perfection is constant transformation. #life#movingon#breathing#thing#constantly#evolve#prefection#constant#transformation

Until Monday, change can be hard. It requires no extra effort to settle for the same old thing. Auto-pilot keeps us locked into past patterns. But transforming your life? That requires courage, commitment, and effort. It’s tempting to stay camped in the zone of That’s-Just-How-It-Is. But to get to the really good stuff in life, you have to be willing to become an explorer and adventurer.
