Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.

THIS WEEK DAN AND I WILL BE BLOGGING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – CACAO. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Living the great story can mean something different for everyone.

However, there is still a general understanding as what this idea entails to most human beings living in the modern world.

The great story, in its most simple form, is a series of never-ending satisfaction that only grows more powerful as time goes on.

A great story consists of wanting to get out of bed every morning, excited to take on whatever each day has in store for you.

It has nothing to do with the material possessions or artificially induced sensations.

A great story is based on the compassionate deeds you perform, the personal goals you strive to achieve, and the legacy you decide to leave behind as a result of the mark you made on the world around you.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 4; HAPPILY, CONNECTED

SPEAK UP FOR YOURSELF

There can be reasons for staying quiet even when it’s in your best interest to speak.

You may feel you’re outnumbered or your thoughts are too complex to convey clearly, or you may doubt your own persuasive powers.

You might lack self-confidence or self-worth or be reluctant to inconvenience or detain others by raising an obstacle.

It can be particularly difficult to speak after you’re silent a long time.

But you’re more likely to regret not speaking than speaking.

Get into the habit of calmly, unemphatically expressing your point of view.

Be opinionated, in a good way.

Your opinion counts.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Today continuing on CHAPTER 13; HOW CAN I EVER FORGIVE?

It may be easy to brush off the crazy or mean behavior of someone who is not significant in your life.

You may even be able to laugh at them.

But negative, hurtful acts committed by a person about whom you care threaten your happiness.

They are more than simple acts, they are dangers.

Slowly, if hurts faster and stew, they act like a rising fog in front of your windows.

The light is blocked and soon it is difficult to see anything but the fog.

It’s a deadly process that creeps in through the nagging thoughts that cling to a wrong.

Ouch!

I did not deserve such treatment.

They are so unfair!

The twinkle fades, the laughter dwindles, and steps became heavy.

Do whatever it takes to stop the process.

Change what you can.

Accept that which you cannot change.

Forgive it all.

Tomorrow, A DETERMINATION-

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

Did you know cacao supports overall cardiovascular health?

In researching it shows, the cardiovascular system consists of the heart, blood and blood vessels, and their job is to transport oxygen, carbon dioxide, nutrients and waste products around the body.

This system is important to ensure that the body’s organs and muscles are well nourished and oxygenated for healthy function.

Problems in the cardiovascular system can arise when one is dealing with oxidative stress, chronic inflammation, high blood pressure and diabetes and this may cause other issues.

Cacao contains flavanols which can reduce oxidative stress and, in turn, reduce high blood pressure and chronic inflammation.

Cacao also contains theobromine, a known vasodilator that can help reduce high blood pressure.

In this way, these components of cacao are able to support and improve cardiovascular health.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

THE BEST WAY TO CHEER YOURSELF IS TO TRY TO CHEER SOMEONE ELSE UP.

KEEP MOVING

Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving. #life#like#riding#bicycle#balance#moving#livingagreatstory#newbeginnings#inspirational#motivational

Until Wednesday, one of the lessons that I grew up with was to always stay true to yourself and never let what somebody else says distract you from your goals.
