Hello followers,


It is time to start this Tuesday by forgetting about what was feared yesterday.

Dan and I had a conversation over the weekend regarding trust and fear.


I was told by many that we are born to die.


That is not all true, for we are born to live!


Each day is a gift and a new day for us to be reborn.

We have this gift to change and become better each new day.


Forget the past, we cannot bring it back.


Dream and trust for the future for that is where our goals are completed.


LIVE FOR THE NOW, for that is our gift to be reborn.

Trusting and believing everything you are going through is preparing you for some request you put out into the Universe.


I wished I had learned this lesson when I was young!

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

EVERYTHING WORKS OUT in its own time.


Although that may seem impossible, whatever you are facing will resolve.

A release comes with surrender.


The parts of you that felt tense trying to control and hold on become loose and open when you let go.


Thoughts go from fear to trust and your heart calms down.


Practice trusting and releasing.

Contracting only deflects what is meant to be.


Expand in trust and open your arms to receive.


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.


We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.


For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
