Hello Followers,
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving!
Are you all ready?
Since I have been blogging on how to keep our cells happy and what contributes to keeping a healthy body, this question always seems to pop up.
How often do you spend your days reminiscing on negative past events or worrying about what might happen in the future?
Reflecting on your mistakes or behavior in order to become a better version of yourself is one thing.
However, forgetting to be thankful for all that is good in your life is a free ticket to depression, anxiety and countless other problems.
The odds may not always be in your favor, but there’s always something to be grateful for, no matter how small.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, Dan and I are going to write out three things that we are grateful for every single day.
Three may seem a lot, especially when you are having a bad day from start to finish.
But think of the weather outside, your kids, your parents, the fact that you are healthy or whatever else comes to mind.
Your entire mood will change when you see that there are still things left to be thankful for.
It will give you energy to deal with whatever you are dealing with at the moment and eyes to see that things are not all bad after all.
101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.
Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.
That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.
CHAPTER 1; HAPPILY, YOURSELF
ACCEPT YOUR BODY
Our relationship with our own body can be deeply troubled.
Many of us long to be taller, bustier, slimmer, prettier, more muscular, or worry about signs of ageing.
Accepting your own body image is a vital part of healthy self-compassion.
Follow these principles and be comfortable in your skin;
· Eat healthy and keep fit.
· Reject fashionable norms and rejoice in individuality.
· See the inner self as the thing that makes you attractive.
THE SIX SENSES AND YOUR WELL-BEING
Have you ever heard of sound therapy?
Every sound has a physiological effect.
When you listen to a beautiful piece of music or inspirational words, a cascade of pleasure-producing chemicals course through your body, supporting health and wholeness.
In contrast, studies of urban environments show that people subjected to ongoing noise pollution are more likely to suffer from stress and lowered immune function.
The specific sounds that will benefit you most depend a great deal on your mind-body type.
It is also important to simply tune in to your body and discover which sounds are healing and inspiring for you.
If you feel refreshed, joyful, and alert, the music is working.
How many are you out there are left-handers?
I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.
WHY ARE THINGS SO TOUGH ON LEFT-HANDERS?
DID YOU KNOW!
In baseball, lefties throw curve balls more often, making it harder for a right-handed batter to predict where the ball will be when it crosses home plate.
Since most batters are right-handed, this makes left-handed pitchers extremely valuable.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?
HOW SAFE IS :
THROUGH PICTURES AND VIDEO'S
Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.
WITH PICTURES AND VIDEO"S
Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.
"Chinese proverb. One picture is worth ten thousand words."
So, we will be posting a gallery of pictures on each post, hopefully you will see each one has a story.
Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown. Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy. A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 10; BUTTONS AND TRIGGERS
IF YOU ARE EXPLODING, IT ISN’T BECAUSE SOMEONE PUSHED YOUR BUTTONS; IT’S BECAUSE YOU PULLED YOUR TRIGGER.
BUTTONS
Buttons are the danger signals that warn us of unresolved problems.
They are part of our normal alarm system, like anger or adrenaline.
They are the signals that say, you have a problem.
They are the guy’s out front who are shouting.
Don’t stuff it!
Deal with it now.
They don’t destroy your relationships; they point you in the direction of need so you can resolve the problems.
Buttons aren’t the bad guy’s; triggers are the killers.
Your buttons are pushed and your reactive behavior pulls the trigger.
Whammy!
Your world blows apart.
Continue tomorrow-
This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of ELDER. It’s amazing what and how elder can help keep your body healthy?
Did you know that elderberries can prevent cancer?
Elderberry extracts contain anthocyanins, which have a wide spectrum of pharmacologic, therapeutic and anti-carcinogenic qualities.
Studies also indicate that elderberries have a few chemo preventive properties which delay, inhibit or reverse cancer formation.
NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal and keep your body cells happy.
