Make living your life with absolute integrity and kindness your first priority.
Hello and good evening Friday,
Well it’s the weekend and completing our first week of treatment for Dan. More IV’s today, next week Dan will start the cell therapy.
Oh and I almost forgot, four months ago one of my fillings fell out. So while I was waiting for Dan's treatments to be done today, I had it filled. The dentist was very gentle, I didn't feel anything.
For the past week, I started mini video’s on integrity and also on sayings on coffee.

Today the universe is saying to you🌼
Integrity is a word you hear almost every day, but it’s not a word that people spend a lot of time thinking about. If you try to define it, what would you say?
According to the dictionary, integrity is "firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values." Put another way, the root of integrity is about doing the right thing even when it’s not acknowledged by others, or convenient for you. An individual with integrity is the antidote to self-interest.
Some of our friends and family wonder if we will be safe in Mexico!
I wrote this piece Sunday, August 9, 2015
Its funny we moved back to the states last year; however, didn’t like the run around we received from our doctors there regarding Dan’s prostate issues.
No imaging of his prostate, went straight to his bones. Didn’t even look at any of his medical records from Mexico. Didn’t believe what we had done.
INTEGRITY IS WHAT WE REALLY ARE⁉️
Happy Friday 😁Image is what people think we are. Integrity is what we really are. Enjoy the weekend.
CELEBRATING MY ANNIVERSARY
What a fabulous place to celebrate our thirty third anniversary in Chapala and Ajijic Mexico. Went to a train exhibit and then to a French restaurant for dinner. You ask ~ HOW SAFE IS MEXICO.
We have been living in this area for going on three years and the crime rate and death rate is much less than some states in the United States.
Mexico is safer than many cities in the U.S.
More than 150,000 Americans safely visit Mexico every day. And while the media sensationalizes stories of violence in Mexico, Mexico is safer than many major U.S. cities. Travelers feel relatively safe visiting popular U.S. cities like Miami, Philadelphia, Chicago, New Orleans, Washington D.C, or Atlanta. Visitors from around the world enjoy these vibrant cities in relative, reasonable safety. Yet each of these cities is statistically less safe than Mexico.
During Dan’s and my walk yesterday, everyone here was wearing a mask. Its mandatory. There is a fine if caught not wearing one.
